Stairs and decks could be swept … a part time gardener could add more charm with updated cleaned out gardens around gazebo, vines growing deck…. Just needed some more care outside.

The staff are friendly; the breakfast is good. They served some kind of coffee cake every day that I think was homemade. It is reasonably priced; nice environment.

Cleanliness of the grounds/pool.

Rooms are nicely kept and clean. Love that we had 3 windows to open for fresh air, and we also had a nice fan- a rarity. The quality of the coffee is also a nice surprise!

This location was perfect for our stay and to attend our event in Portsmouth. We didn't take full advantage of everything available in the suite. But, bed and pillows were comfortable and area was quiet.

We could hear the people walking in the room above ours just as if they were on the roof.

That breakfast was amazingly good for the small space it occupied. Fans in rooms were nice. Private balconies were great.

it's a 1950's motel. nice little cabin. be prepared to walk and use steps . breakfast was very nice and nice people . I would not recommend if you are towing a trailer.

Room spelled of cleaning products. Had to sleep with windows open. Not hotel's fault bur someone's car alarm went off at 4am. Bathroom very old.

Honestly, the only minor gripes were that the towels could stand to be replaced/upgraded, and the pillows were not the greatest... but it was still a great stay.

Adorable, updated cottage, woodsy vintage vibe, super nice staff! We thought it was a great location for area exploration, just off the beaten path. The cottage was bright and clean! The free breakfast was quite satisfying and a nice bonus! Nothing fancy, but good choices.

We wished there were more food/ snack accommodations other than two vending machines we were able to find. But this might be a circumstance of our trip, we were stuck in a storm and there was no access to food!

the bedroom was great, clean, and comfortable. We were stuck in a snow storm but managed to book a room last minute and the staff was extremely nice. We were lucky to find them on such short notice and the price was affordable considering it was last minute!

This place was quite good HOWEVER, it defiantly needs a new bed and better lighting, the bed in this unit was terribly, more rattles than an old jalopy and extremely uncomfortable. Beds are the most important item in any accommodation.

Convenient to Portsmouth, NH; spacious room, nice kitchenette. Everything we needed.

Room smelled alittle stale but we opened the windows to air it out. Bed was a bit lumpy.

Location was close to everything we wanted to see and to restaurants. Great little breakfast and staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were polite and quick .
