No coffee in the lobby after a long day of travel. No coffee available for departure. Poor breakfast selection. Reflectance to provide a receipt for my records..

Room cleanliness. The cost was very reasonable. The help was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very quiet and close to the interstate.

It was off a busy road which made it a little challenging to walk my dog, but I expected this knowing that the property was right off the highway. There was quite a bit of green grass fields around the property that we were able to walk through and make due though. The free breakfast also isn't anything to write home about.

This was exactly what I needed right off the highway for a one night stay with my dog. As always, I appreciate the dog stays free policy at Red Roof Inns. I liked that the rooms didn't open up directly to outside and that there were hallways that you walked through to get to room (makes it feel safer). The rooms had been updated with plank flooring and overall felt clean. The room was a good size, the king bed was comfy, and the price couldn't be beat for what I got!

It smelled really bad. To me it smelled like smoke, but also couldn't really catch what the smell is. Tried to tell this at the front desk and the first response was "no it doesn't smell" and "our cleaners do a wonderful job". After a while I finally asked if we could have another room. The lady came to smell our room and still were convinced that it doesn't smell and were a bit laughing at us. We got to chech another room which didn't smell and wanted that one. It was a different kind of room, so we changed it again while doing new keys for the same kind of room we already had (by their request). Unfortunately that room smelled worse than our current room, so at the end we stayed in our original room. Didn't like the way it was handled (by not believing us and thinking we are ridiculous), otherwise a good experiense. You got used to the smell after being in the room for several hours (still smelled it though). Got a little bit of odour to our pyjamas but none other clothes.

The room and the bathroom were clean. It was really quiet, you couldn't really hear anything from the other rooms or from the corridor. The bed was okay to sleep in.

I always pay with my bank card and the gentleman at the desk demanded I pay $60 in cash since I didn't use my CC. Normally they just put a hold on the card and it comes back a few days later but he told me I needed to go to the gas station ATM to get cash.

The lack of counter space was an issue. Also locating a toilet with no lid below storage cubbies was not a good idea! Not having coffee available 24/7 after a day of 8 hours of driving was not appreciated. This is pretty much an industry standard! Breakfast was WAY too spartan; milk and juice were not replenished. A venue with more offerings would be appreciated.

The location away from Nashville was great. We felt safe! The room was very clean! We have stayed here several times and the price was consistent and reasonable. No pet fee charge was appreciated! A good area for our pet to walk in! The lady who was the front desk clerk who checked us in was very personable! :)

No coffee maker in the room & $60 damage deposit required. Have never encountered this request, but was refunded that amount at checkout (Luckily had enough cash on me.) Should have a note on website & at location warming customers about this.

Coffee was available for the 1st time in the evening! Twice before coffee WAS NOT available. For someone who has been on the road for eight hours this is unacceptable.

Breakfast is okay. Waffle, small pin wheels and cereal available. Also milk and juice. Very simple. Coffee is available for brekfast.

It rained heavily one day while we were there, and the rain leaked through the AC unit onto the floor.

It was a very nice olace to stay, and the staff were very accomodating to our small group.

The first room we were assigned had been smoked in. We mentioned it to the desk just so we didn’t get charged for smoking. She immediately changed our room.

we were in rm 123… we parked as directed right outside, but I noticed 2 nails and a washer on parking lot pavement right by us…. not good! also, wish there was a coffee maker in the room.
