The wind blew through the windows frames and closed door. The breakfast syrup had an inch of water on top of the syrup so waffle ended up just a soaked mess not edible.

Front Desk staff. She was rude, unfriendly, and behaved like I was bothering her. I didn’t even tell her that my TV didn’t work because I didn’t want a confrontation. She’s horrible.

Where do I start, reserved 2 rooms, 1 had a card key, the other was SUPPOSED to have a card key, but had an actual key, which was hard to open the door. There were so many hazards in the room. Cords taped together, the AC unit was plugged into an extension cord (pictured) our family we visited said there were supposed upgrades to the hotel, but a coat of paint and some new sheets doesn't constitute an apgrade.

The price was literally the only good thing about our stay.

There was a cat locked in our room upon arrival- which was odd. She was friendly. They were booked solid and there were no other properties available near by so we chose to stay. The staff was nice and offered to re clean our room for us. The property is very outdated, our door didn’t close all the way and did feel unsafe. Not all lights and outlets didn’t work. There was a broken glass panel in the stairwell. This could easily be covered up by cardboard- it’s a major safety concern. It seemed like more of a run down apartment complex then a motel. Had we had other options close by we wouldn’t have stayed. This morning the same dried waffle batter was on the drip plate that was there when we checked in last evening. I’m surprised Travelodge allows this property to be so unkept.

Staff was rude and could not accomodate us so they told us that we would get our money back with no fees. So far as of this date we have not recieved that even though we did not stay there and had to get our own place. Please let me know what I can do. This is going on too long.

Do not stay here!!! This is your warning!!! It is a drug hub and a place for druggies to stay! The room I booked was occupied by the hotel clerk on duty boyfriend, she had to make him leave the room, and she quickly cleaned it, after she left the room I noticed her boyfriend left his digital scales in the room. Apparently it's the room he makes sales out of (room 108), throughout the night there were knocks on the door people wanting that guy! Never again will I stay there and don't recommend anyone to!!

The price was good. But that's it! Not worth it in the long run

Inability to use back door

Loved the grassy backyard and back door access for our dog. The back door didn't work properly but Ozzy still appreciated the area to romp around!
