They need to remodel the floors, doors, and the walls. They have a lot of damage and spots that are very noticeable.

The beds were comfortable for the most part.

Seemed like the room wasn't very well cleaned between guests. Table had something sticky on the edge. One wall had reddish brown splatters, and some of the other walls were stained as well. Bottom part of the toilet near the floor was pretty gross. One electrical outlet was partially broken. We travel with a portable room air purifier, and it initially rated the air quality in the low 80 percentage range and didn't get much above 90% even with it set to the max power level. We're thinking that the mattresses were dusty/dirty since the air quality would drop a few points whenever we sat on the beds. We were on the second floor, and the railing going up the stairs was sticky and left paint flakes on our hands.

Convenient location - easy to get to and close to Kings Dominion, and the area felt safe. Beds were comfortable. Staff (including housekeeping) were pleasant and friendly. Didn't notice any bugs or other critters in the room.

I didn't like the fact that I had to change the room when I got there due to it being dirty. There was a non working phone. Microwave was filthy, a hole in the wall, beds outdated and it felt more like a low budget motel. I did get another room which was better.

I really didn't like much other than it was kind of empty so not too much noise going on. And I like the fact that a continental breakfast was supposed to be included and that never happened. The hotel never had breakfast to offer only old coffee. I guess you get what you pay for.

The people in the room above us must have been on meth because they were running and stomping back and forth all night. I complained to the front office at 2:30 AM. They went to the room. It slowed down, but it didn't stop. I'm not sure if it was an ADHD kid, a horse, or a demon. It seemed to enjoy tormenting us all night. After complaining, we started to hear a low-frequency humming above us that seemed to move across the room and then stop. I can't begin to describe the amount of movement happening in a standard two-bed motel room after midnight. It was borderline CIA mind torture. Also, the ice machine was out of order. Maybe they were playing ice hockey up there, and the humming was the Zamboni during intermission. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a motel.

TV remote would barely control the TV even after swapping out the remote at the front desk. They only gave us two bath towels for a three-person reservation.

The beds were comfortable. McDonald's, Arby's, Taco Bell, Golden Corral & 7-Eleven are all close by.

Door to the bathroom stuck and my kid and wife couldn't open from the inside. Water tas ted bad. Shower curtains didn't even reach 5he top of the tub so the fl9or is instantly soaked after a shower. Probably the worst bathroom I've ever used

Staff was friendly check in was easy and I was charged slightly less for the room than advertised.

Room hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly in a while. Thin runny shampoo/conditioner. Water in shower was throttled back severely.

Was literally a joke. Three or four old buns and cornflakes. Coffee had to be asked for when the pot ran out. When I booked the property I asked for a bottom floor. When I got there I had to insist and then they said OK

1) Couldn't tell if the door locked properly. 2) Hair in the hair dryer. 3) USED CONDOM ON THE FLOOR! Like they didn't clean the room. 4) Maybe don't book here if you're transgender, very skeptical about my ID because it was before my transition. Unfortunately I'm poor and it was an 8 hour drive so I needed somewhere to sleep.

It was quiet, and they have a TV. Bed was alright.

Slippery tub, no grab-bars, no carpeting (could hear the toddler drag-races in the room above mine until almost midnight), dirty floor (bare feet turned black almost immediately... they don't do that in my house where dogs and shoes travel, and it hasn't been washed in 10+ years...) Classic 80's no-tell motel.

It was in the town I was going to... that's about it.
