There was no coffee. The bathroom was pretty disgusting. Black mold or something in the grout of the tiles in the shower. The sink looked dirty and very old.

The bed was comfortable. It had a fridge and a microwave. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was close to a restaurant and an event we were attending.

Sheets and blankets on bed where dirty but staff was quick to meet our request for clean sheets. Room was nice and big, but a little chilly temperature never went above 67 degrees. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

No blackout drapes and the bed faces the window, so the room wasn't very dark. No chair. No lights by the bed and no nightstand, so you had to get out of bed to turn off the light. No coffeemaker. Two vanities but no closet.

I found someones nail clippings and press on nails all over the bathroom there was garbage all over the floor and someones waterbottle under the chair and i never received the refund for my damage deposit

AC wasn't working in first room so we had to switch rooms. Light switch was broken in second room so we had to unplug the lamp to turn it off. Rooms weren't very clean either.

Bathroom needs a makeover. Cracked shower floor, toilet needs replaced. Front curtains didn't cover the window. No privacy. Had to use part of bedding for curtain.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Restaurant and sports bar on property. Much quieter than I had expected.

There were pubic hairs all over the bathroom like it hadn't been cleaned. It was more like an apartment complex because most of the people with rooms lived there. The walls are paper thin. We could here the kids next to us cry and scream the whole time we were there. It was more of a ghetto than a motel

The hotel is a 2 story and the floors and walls are very old and thin. I could hear the neighbors up stairs walking around all night. Also a child was in the hallway by the head of the bed and was crying in the hallway for an hour late at night and I could hear it like it was in the room with me. The tv did not have any channels whatsoever ever. Just snow with no way watch anything. The wifi password is not working. No info about anything in the room, like wifi password, front desk number. The beds were just OK.

Parking right outside the door was fine. The room spacious and for the most part clean
