We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStaff was rude and came in my room while we were in there. Staff was rude at check in. My daughter and i were staying in a room together and the clerk questioned why. He later came in my room while we were in there. Also when my family stopped by to meet us so we could go to lunch the man from the office came into the room asking why they were there. The motel was dirty with cigarette burns in the sheets. Curtains weren't even hung properly. Only one light worked. We ended up calling it a loss on the second night and booked else where. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
Location was the only good thing about the motel.

United StatesThe carpet was stained and sticky. We were to afraid to take off our shoes. They only gave us small flat towels and only 2 of them. The bed looked like it had already been slept in and the sheets were not changed. There was no coffee pot and most of the lights didn't work in the room. The mattress was so rough and hard I didn't get any sleep.
