The Front Desk staff were professional and helpful. The person working the desk in the mornings was particularly friendly and professional. She really seemed to take ownership of situations.

There was no way to hang clothes - no hangers, just 3 hooks on the wall. Outside of one hook next to the shower, there was no place to hang wet towels. There were bugs in the bathroom.

The location. It was close to my destination and it was the cheapest.

My first experience was having to wait to check in until the employee finished her cigarette with some guy. She apologized but I just drove 6 hours and wanted to get to my room. When I finally arrived to my room (across the parking lot - maybe 75 feet) I opened the door and was hit with a very bad smell. It smelled like outdated Pine Sol and stale cigarettes. Although this was a non-smoking facility… I managed to sleep okay and when I was getting ready I realized I forgot my deodorant. I called the front desk and asked if someone could bring that and set it outside the door. He seemed quite out-off by that request and say I could come get it. Keep in mind it was 75 feet away and would have taken him 60 seconds round trip. The customer service was very sub-par and I left feeling like a disgruntled customer rather than a guest. I realize the person reading this cannot fix that and my expectations are so low that my summary will most likely be deleted. I’ll pay the extra $50 bucks next time.

Beds were comfortable. Everything in good working order. Liked the location of our room in the back on the lower level. It was quiet & convenient.

Breakfast. My daughter has special dietary needs so we called ahead & they said they had plain oatmeal. But they were never able to provide it even after 3 days of asking. If we had known we could have brought our own breakfast for her. Also ran out of coffee.

Front desk staff was great gave us an amazing recommendation for dinner.

Air conditioner was loud when it ran.

The front desk man was great. I thought it smelled funny inside my room and he checked it out and sprayed something on the carpet.

Clean room. quiet great for the value. TV service was good and they accommodated my request for 1st floor

Breakfast was lacking and coffee was out

the breakfast could use some work. No very appetizing.

Asked for minimal stairs but was on the second floor. TV channels were very limited. Get at least some basic channels.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast selection. Good in-room coffee.

AC was not very efficient so stayed humid in the room. Hard to dry swimming suits. Coffee at breakfast was undrinkable 2 of 3 days.

Remolded. We had a better experience compared to the previous year. The previous year the rooms were old and they were short on staff. We were unable to get the amount of towels needed for everyone.

Location, clean rooms and price.

New rules that you only get your room cleaned on your fifth night. Breakfast had no protein served. Was a little more expensive as we had to eat out more.

The pool and the location

The big room we stayed in didnt have a dresser or any place to put your clothes. That’s ok for overnight but if you’re staying for a few days, would be nice to have somewhere to put them.

Property was great for an older hotel. Clean and comfortable. Great accommodation for the price.

Older air conditioner was very loud with the higher temp and humidity hard to sleep the first night. It was working quite hard. But the second night with the slightly cooler temp and less humidity it was much quieter. Otherwise the property was great.

Clean, new and modernized!

Air conditioning did not seem to remove humidity.
