No address listed to put into my gpe to contact even listed in motels.com. Correct driveway hard to locate, drove into 3 wrong ones. coffee pot yes, coffee available NO. Never had never will apparently.

Bed and pillows,& covers comfortable enough to use same hotel on way back. Did have tiny microwave and refrigerator that both worked as well as heat. TV worked after adjustment due to someone else changing input.

Floors were not as clean as they could have been. Dogs had torn back side of bathroom door and was never repaired. Cigarette burns on a lot of things about the room and they ask me if i wanted a non smoking room but evidently it wasn't before.

Nice comfortable bed. Ground level rooms. At the door parking for loading and unloading.

I don't believe we had the option of breakfast. The pictures were so beautiful and the room was nothing like any of the pictures. The floor was literally coming off, the furniture was only in slightly passable condition. The refrigerate was full of frost.

The location was easy to find. The staff was friendly.

I didn't like the fact that I stayed for a week and my room was only cleaned and bed made twice. Kind of aggravating to come back from a 12 hour shift to see that nothing had been cleaned. I did not like getting out of the shower drying off and being walked in on. I didn't like that the morning of my checkout housekeeping opened the door without notice at 8 am

This place looks like it has a lot of potential. I like the size of the rooms and cctv around the property

Stains on the furniture, rust and stains in the bathtub, scratchy bedding. Coffee pot but no coffee, cups, filters, etc. No phone. TV but remote not working. Ice but no ice bucket or bag. I didn't feel safe with the door that went right to the outside. Walls super thin - couldn't sleep due to screaming kids next door. No elevator. Stairs dangerous. This place really felt like a dump. The first thing we did was check for bedbugs. (They were absent). Avoid this place if you can afford to.

The air conditioning was great. We went here only because our power was out for over a day, and everywhere else was booked.

My belongs was sat outside and stolen due to me not being able to make back in time to pay due to the bad weather and the power going out my card was stuck in the ATM machine for a couple of hours

I had two main complaints: 1 - The Wi-Fi signal was so low that I could only connect my laptop a handful of times, for only a few minutes each time. 2 - My mattress was really stiff, which was uncomfortable to me. Other minor complaints - It was easy to hear neighbors; I felt like every conversation echoed through the brick walls. The bath faucet in my room dripped the whole time, but I was able to block the sound by closing the door. No shampoo was provided, but a bar of soap was.

This is a budget hotel, and it met my expectations! My room was actually MUCH bigger than I expected it to be. My sheets and pillow cases were perfectly clean. The proximity to Tyler was good for the price. The place also has a little bit of charm - wooden headboards, brick walls, etc. The parking lot was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were easy. The room had a refrigerator.

Bathtub looked dirty. Bath water didn't get hot, just lukewarm . No cups or coffee in rooms(thankfulky brought my own ). Empty Gatorade bottle behind fridge. Fridge wasn't clean.

New interior paint/flooring. Bed/pillows comfortable. Clean sheets. Well lit outside at night, which caused too much light in room . Air unit worked

I like staying here. Good value, people leave you alone.

The owner was able to switch rooms when my first room was a little out of wi-fi range. It was done with no hesitation! Thank you.

Honestly, I don't have anything to not like. It's quiet, hot water for showers, the A/C works well, I have wi-fi to work while I am there, and noone bothers me. What's not to like?

I stay here quite a bit, and each time the owner goes above and beyond to accommodate me. I feel safe here, it's a clean room, comfortable, and close to downtown.

I thought I had paid deposit and everything on line since the last time I stayed I didn't have to pay at the time of check-in, so I was surprised by that and annoyed after a long four hour. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Honestly, this is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. The room is adequate and clean, people don't bother you, and it's close to downtown. I have stayed at other budget friendly places and they have not been near as nice or accommodating. I like staying at The Stratford Inn. Just one note, if you get a smoking room be ready for the smell. That happened to me, but when I requested a change of room, it was easily accommodated.

Lots of bugs, lots and lots of bugs. Some wear and tear in the room, but nothing too crazy. Just the bugs.

This was a nice place. Good location, good price.

There was no desk or table to use for my computer to do reports. Could have used one of the end tables but there was no hard chair to sit on. Had to sit in cushion arm chair and hold computer on my lap to do reports. At 75 years old it is hard to sit in the cushion chairs and be able to pull myself up. The standard table style chair makes it much easier.

I was told that I would have to be outside My room to use the wifi on top of it my sister Was with me and they were rude to her when she was sitting out Side smoking. Then I was told that my mother Could not show up because I was not allowed to have guests

They didn't serve breakfast.
