- ants all over the room, especially in the fridge/microwave area and bathroom sink, even few hours after room cleaning - no hangers in our room, requested twice but never received - housekeeping only on request even in case > 3 days stay

- location is perfect to visit the whole island as exactly in the middle, plus the village of Kihei is full of shops, markets, restaurants and food trucks - resort is small but very cute and welcoming - kindness of the staff

The floor seemed to be permanently sandy. Maybe because of the location of the room - some slippers in the room would be nice. Bathroom door did not close well. The fan was quite noisy so we had to leave it off when sleeping. Bed was a bit too soft.

Very friendly staff, always ready with a smile. We were upgraded to a suite, which was really nice of them. Free coffee and tea and snacks all day was a nice touch.

Our only stress was the parking. Small, tight spaces would challenge anyone.

King size bed in a comfortable room including a sofa. Plenty of space for our luggage. Lots of shelving for our toiletries etc. in the bathroom. Exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff welcomed us.

The person at the desk gave us an upgrade to ocean view but the blinds were faulty, and they didnt open at all. So the point of ocean view was totally lost on us

The first night I was there, the water heater was not working at all and when I called the front desk, they took a while to get back to me about the problem only to inform me that there is no repair or maintenance personnel available to fix the problem so I had to shower with cold water. The following day, I still had to follow up on the repair.

The staff who helped me check in was friendly and helpful. She even helped me bring in my groceries from the lobby to my room. The beach across the road from the property was nice and chill and the hotel offers some beach essentials like towels and chairs that could be borrowed without charge. There is also a good restaurant within walking distance from the property.

There's nothing much around the accommodation so need a car - but we'reable to walk to a car hire place 40 mins away

Loved having a kitchen. Loved the snacks for breakfast and afternoon tea. Loved the little touches like the chocolates at reception. Loved not having to pay for parking! The staff were kind and helpful.

Some of the parking was really tight.. Had to drive on sidewalks in front of rooms to park. Some of the parking areas don't drain very well after a rain. but what are you gonna do?

Location weas great. Provided easy access to all of our activities. Across the road from a beach. Nice Hawaiian sunsets. Made frequent trips to the office for morning (good) coffee. Every staff member I delt with was efficient and friendly

Easy check in process for the extra night we ended up with on Maui. Easy access to unit and free parking. The property was amazingly quiet and exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Very close to a nice walking beach.

There was a lot of street construction going on so difficult to get to via Google Maps. Once we figured it out though it was easy enough.

The location of the property was great. There was plenty of parking. The staff was super friendly. I appreciated the air conditioning. Everything was clean.

Would have been great to have a continental breakfast. Parking lot is tight to maneuver but at least there is parking.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was great - could watch the sunset from our balcony. Room was very clean. Staff provided towels and beach chairs if you needed them. Hotel is across the street from the beach and ocean - you can hear it from the room.

A lot of noise from the street and rooms above and next door. Check in was not a good experience. Night/evening staff at frontdesk was not very customer friendly.

We liked being in Kihei as more small town feel vs the west side of the island with the big resorts. Close to Makena beach. They borrow you beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler, which is very convenient.

Each night we had adjacent neighbors making way too much noise in the middle of the night. Each time I think they were packing for early departures, but the noise woke me each time.

Room, location and staff were perfect for us. 40 feet from nice beach.. Did a load of laundry while there and ate where the staff recommended and were pleased. If it had a free breakfast, we probably would have moved in permanently!

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean, neat and tidy. Snacks and beverages were available 24/7 in the common lounge. Short walk to Isana Restaurant which served great sushi rolls, sashimi, etc.

We thought it was a bit pricey but we would stay there again.

The location is good, right across the street from the beach. From the outside it looked on the older weathered side, but when we opened the door to the room it was beautifully updated. The bed was super comfortable. Modern amenities. Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful.
