Estados Unidos da América7 comentários"Nice place for a short stay."When we arrived, the TV was on. There was no remote in the room and no controls on the sides or bottom of the TV. When the front desk was notified, they insisted there were controls on the side and that we could come to the desk to get a remote (instead of bringing it to us). We picked up the remote, which we were ensured was a "universal" remote, but it only worked for off/on and channel changes - no guide, etc.
Beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels. Pet Friendly. Very large screen TV.

Otherwise, we would not have gotten any sleep. There were a lot of flies and gnats in the room. Plus, some very loud crickets. Bring noise-canceling earplugs, if you are sensitive to noise.
Staff was very friendly, the location was great, and the pillows were very fluffy.

Estados Unidos da América1 comentário"Our room was clean and comfortable."I had to ask for clean towels. Housekeeping each day was not standard. I was charged four times for my room. I had $132.00 in overdraft charges from these four charges. Two of those charges happened two days after we checked out. I don't u nderstand your system but I won't stay there again without making sure when I'm charged and that I'm not charged again. You need to fix this. Poor management.

Didn't think much about it, until I tried to take my shower. When the big washers kicked in and out my shower went from ice cold to extremely hot. If you stay in room 117, shower before or after the staff is running the washing machines
Breakfast could have had more items. but the Items they put out were top quality and not the cheep brand X stuff a lot of motels serve.

Convenient location. Room was clean. Coffee and breakfast at 5am.

So I had to get out of bed and get dressed to answer their question, which was if they had someone in the room. I had checked in 2 or 3 hours earlier...how could they not know they had already had a guest check into the room. And what is wrong with using the phone?
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The price was right also. I would stay here again. But if they get me out of bed to answer the door again, I'll go back to using the Hampton Inn next door.

The breakfast was what you would typically expect the staff was amazing the room was very clean

Went for granddaughters graduation. Hotel was nice and clean and convenient to restaurants and gas stations. The room was a little larger than expected and the jet tub was great.

Staff has always been friendly too. I dont recall ever having a problem staying here.
breakfast was a bowl of cereal, normal for most motels these days.
