I know I'm nitpicking, but......Although there were enough lamps in the room, lighting was poor. I had to turn on all the lights at night for adequate lighting. The pool was a good size but I saw dirt in the bottom. Could be because we got in right before closing time. Breakfast was just okay. The bacon was paper thin and tasted different, and the orange juice tasted more like Sunny D, which was a bit of a disappointment.

The room was very clean and smelled sanitized. It was also bigger than I thought, which was nice. I did not hear any noise from the rooms beside me or the hallway while sleeping. Good size tv as well.

There was a payment issue , I paid on booking. The guy charged me another night and I just made no sense then they called me after I checked out saying I didn’t pay, it was sooo embarrassing. I told them that I did then she was a lot nicer. They apologized and send me my money back. I was embarrassed never the less.

The indoor pool is very nice, but they should have a better filtration system. The kitchen staff was not very friendly. This place is not very suitable for families with children.

We were issued a key at check-in and it didn't work. Upon second visit to the front desk, the person on duty ran it through a machine and said to try it again. Meanwhile, the cleaning lady let me into the room and it was occupied. On the third trip to the front desk, the manager got involved and reassigned us a room. No compensation was given. We were late to the show we came to see.

A night light in the bathroom area would be nice so you can find your way more easily and not have to turn on the bright lights and fully wake yourself up.

The guy checking us in couldn't have been any more friendly. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable.

Was VERY upset as we arrived at property at Midnight to checkin after flight arrived at 11:00 PM. )My wife had sent email earlier in the day to notify them that we WERE still coming but coming in late, due to late flight arrival), but were told that a Hotel Clerk had cancelled our reservation for a double queen room for 4 nights, at 3:10 PM. ???? No answers as to why. ?? The night clerk said the only two ways a reservation would be canceled was phone call (This was NOT the case as we were on a plane during that time.) or lack of payment (This would not be the case as my CC was entered when I made the reservation.). Was then continuously told the only thing available was a King Suite with Hide a Bed that they would UPGRADE us too. I said that a hide-a-bed is NOT an upgrade to the person sleeping on it. Again (3 times total) I was told they only had a King Suite for our 4 nights. I then said I would take it for tonight, but asked if I could cancel in the morning, without penalty once I could find a suitable room at a different motel. Then miraculously they had a double Queen room available for 4 nights. The clerk then continued to say he “would have to “Upgrade” the next person the . My response was “Upgrade as many people as you wish.” I wish there was a hot tub. Mattresses were a bit too firm for us. Pillows were not great.

Property was in good condition and clean. Breakfast was good but ended at 9:00 am promptly on weekday.

There was a smell in the room. Part of the floor by the tub was jagged. TV was kind of confusing to use

Large group of sports travel team parents there and the kids ran up and down the hallways after midnight, banging on doors and yelling. parents were very loud and disrespectful. This all occurred close to the main desk area. Staff did nothing to quiet the people.

The staff was very nice and informative. The hotel was clean and up-to-date.

Water damage but apparently that was because a guest a few weeks ago breaking something so I don’t hold against the hotel

Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and the room was really clean. Restaurants close by that you can walk to for lunch and dinner.

To be truthful, there was a smell of weed, but the staff took care of that. And that wasn't their fault either.

The staff was friendly! Loved them! I have a lot of kids with me who can be a handful, and the staff was kind and always smiling!
