There is a smell when you first walk in there. The hall floor is dirty. The bathroom towels looked dirty also the sheets. I can say I didn't see any bugs. If someone is looking for comfortable. This is not the place.

The female desk clerk ignored my wife for 5 to 7 minutes when we got locked out of our room and needed a new key. She was the only customer in the lobby.

There wasnt an ice machine that we could find ànywhere on the property. Nore was there any paperwork or brochures for the area or property. A basic basic motel.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. Blankets not well cleaned. Microwave didn't work. Staff was not available at reception in the early mornings. No drinking water facility in the entire hotel.

The fact that there's roaches, mold, some showers need to be fixed along with AC. There's no Ice machine, no coffee, exercise room unavailable, prostitutes, addicts and dealers hang around on property, they charge for soap, shampoo and conditioner, soda machine always keeping your money and the Manager's girlfriend is rude and acts and parks like she owns the property.

The swimming pool looked like a swamp. Looks like it had not been taken care of or maintained in several months. There was no toilet paper, facial tissue, or basic toiletries provided in the bathroom. The towels were tiny and very thin. The beds were old and worn. The sheets didn’t look clean. There were dead and living bugs in the rooms. The elevator and third floor smelled like marijuana the entire three days we were there. The front desk lady who assisted with check in was rude. She only said one word to me. Never greeted me nor smiled. I will never stay at this place again and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

The cleanliness of the facility from the onset threw me for a loop: there was a particular smell that hit me as soon as I entered the building. I encountered that same smell in the room as well, particularly coming from the air conditioning unit. The beddings had some stains too. The place needs plenty work

The stafff were friendly, I cannot say anything bad with regards to that.

This place was so nasty. It smells like a crack and smoke house. The carpet is peeling off the elevator are so disgusting. The new management are even scared of the guest there. Even the bed we got was so nasty it had cigarettes burns and their covers were stained with pee. The room smell is of dogs, almost smell rotten. One last thing the floor to room had dog piss. I went back and requested another room they weren’t budging. I hate how I spend $500 in a horrible spot!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!! Please don’t go.
