The breakfast was lacking and rooms could be cleaner. TV has one option and many channels don't work. Elevator needs update and definitely need two of them. Staff and guests were left waiting quite often.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice.

The staff were friendly ( well the evening /overnight shift guy) tall bald every well groomed. He greeted everyone as they came in and out. He is very knowledgeable about what's going on.

Could update the carpet and other facility things so it doesn't look old and kinda unkept. You can tell they try to clean it but since it's either old or something it appears kinda yucky, but other than that, staff is always great

No option for express check in. We got out of church sooner than expected and went on lunch but finished sooner than expected as well. We arrived at 230 which is right before check in. Needless to say the hotel was practically empty. I never expect to check in early but we always ask just in case. No room was available and I was told to return at 3. I asked if I could go ahead and sign the forms ahead of time (so we could speed things up at check in) but was told I could not. Still find this weird since we always get a text asking us to do the online check in which includes signing the forms. Not sure what the point is if it can’t be done ahead of time? Not a huge deal but it’d be more convenient to allow guests to sign things in advance and just pick up the keys at check in.

Comfortable beds as always. Spacious and enough room for the family. Breakfast was delicious as always.

It was a bit more dated than last time we were here. Not sure why but it just wasn’t as clean as last time. I did the express check in online but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I was still asked to sign all the same things I had already signed online in person. I also had already input all my card info online and was asked to pay again at the hotel. It was just inconvenient having to go back out to the car to get my husbands card and go back in to give them the same info again. Was stressful after a very long drive to have to do everything all over again instead of just get the room keys as I thought.

Room was big so plenty of space for the family. Breakfast was good and served at a good time.

The only small thing I didn't like was a faint smell from the hallway carpeted area . I know it's a challenge with moisture and odors.

The breakfast meal was great. Plenty of food, and given enough time to enjoy. The female staff employee who put the food out was so pleasant, she even came to our table and greeted us. I loved that🥰

only had a minor housekeeping issue once about the shower area but was resolved & quickly satisfied by being reissued another room on same floor!!

my go to hotel location is great,faculty/staff and breakfast is great!!! Any issues are fixed asap with no worries!! always comfortable and i have stayed many times from 2days up to a week at a time when i visit from Mississippi!!

I'm glad that the facility was pet friendly, but I suggest making one floor designated for people traveling with pets. We had a dog on our floor that barked everytime we passed the room and my 3 year old was frightened. On another occasion, the elevator doors opened and their stood a family with 2 dogs, the little one being held by a woman and the bigger dog just pacing in the elevator, NOT ON A LEASH. We sat eating breakfast watching one lady walk her two dogs outside to leave "calling cards" on the grounds in clear view of the breakfast dining area windows. Not really what you want to see while trying to eat. Also, I don't know if there are rules of picking up after your pets, but after they did their business, she did not pick up her pets "belongings"off the ground. I know there are little baggies specifically for that, so maybe give them to guests with pets, and have a designated area, other than in front of the dining area windows for them to take their pets when they have to go. There was also pet fur on one of the tables we sat at for breakfast. The hallway kind of smelled like urine mixed with some sort of carpet freshener to mask the smell. I'm guessing some pets just did their thing in the hallways at some point. Also suggest placing the sing for the building at a higher level than trees covering it. We passed it up and so did our other guest traveling in a different vehicle and arrival time. Place it at the same height as the auto store signage in the front.

The room and beds were comfortable. The shower head and water pressure was really good. Loved the Texas shaped waffle maker and other hot breakfast items. Staff very friendly.
