The queen beds didn’t seem like queen so my husband toddler and I had to sleep sideways. We also didn’t like that the door to the bathroom didn’t lock. The AC didn’t work very well. And at about 1 o’clock in the morning, there was very very loud guests

The air conditioner was not operable so I was freezing until I didn't know what to do other than unplug it as it was late when I came in and I didn't want to have to pack up and relocate to another room so I just did the next best thing.

I liked everything including location to what I needed. I always choose to stay at this hotel when I or my family are in town.

We had a little trouble with our door handle. Seemed a little loose.

This is a lovely place to stay. Big room. Clean and comfortable. Recliner in the room. Though we were on the third floor with the dog, we were right by the elevator and the door to outside was right where we got off on the first floor. Decent breakfast with hard boiled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.

It’s a decent hotel in a very good location. Their breakfast is inferior, which brings the rating down, but if that’s not a factor, it’s a good place to stay.

I could not turn on the TV for some time, had to flip a switch on for the electricity to work in the room. Time to change those batteries in the TV remotes team. The remotes are delayed which is due to lack of power. Found a pair of socks from the previous occupant on the floor which I left behind. The highway never got quiet all night which was a little disappointing since I thought the building to be a good spot to stay and get back on the road. This is something that should be noted in the booking, "expect highway noise". Or, thicken the window glass. Aside from those things, I did enjoy the stay.

The tub just didn't look clean, everything else was okay. I dont hink it was due to housekeeping. I think it just needs to be updated.

Rooms are very spacious. Hotel is on the older side. Sink in our bathroom leaked and drawers wouldn’t close properly. We were there 9 nights and had lots of space so quite comfortable for size.

They didn’t have a key for the room so we had to get someone to let us in every time. That was an imposition.

Breakfast needs to be extended. If you've driven a long ways, would be nice not having to be up showered etc..by 830...to get down in time for breakfast.

Breakfast was not anything I would eat - hard boiled eggs, sausage, toast or bagel. There was cereal and milk and yogurt and fruit. Just didn't have anything I preferred.

Location was great - easy freeway access, only 25 min from Sky Harbor airport. Bonus- Macayo's Mexican restaurant shares the parking lot- so a great dinner in close walking distance!

Our room faced the freeway and unfortunately that was a tad noisy, but not much the hotel can do about that.

The room was good, and actually had a surprising breakfast available in the morning. Most places are cereal, fruit, and muffins, but this location had both sausage and a waffle maker available for guests.

I couldn't get the chanels on the tv to work, the guide would come up and I'd select a chanel and then it was black.

The room was great! Bed and pillows were super comfy.

On checking my credit card I was charged more than double for our stay. I am currently disputing this charge!

we stayed prior to our early morning flight. The gentlemen at the front desk ordered a cab for us to arrive in the am. Unfortunately our cab never showed and the company didn't know when one would be available! The woman at the front desk's shift was ending and kindly offered to drive us to the airport! She was wonderful!!! We didn't realize cabs were so unreliable and didn't have an Uber or lyft account. Five stars to her! I wish I took her name.
