Just one elevator, can take a while to use it if the hotel is crowded. This was a stop for the night of our way back home in north texas, there's no businesses around like grocery stores, gas stations, fast food restaurants, you will need to drive a bit for that but you will find all of that within 5-10 min drive. There's a tavern in front of the hotel, walking distance, but didn't go. For the price, I think it filled our expectations.

Location, if you are traveling and need a strategic stop, this location is perfect because is right next to I35 which makes your commute a little easier. We paid less than $100 for our room with discounts through booking.com.. so, it's not luxurious but it does the job, We wanted to be close to Dell Diamond and this hotel was about 15 minutes away from the ballpark. My wife got breakfast and said it was good. There's a bar next to the hotel, you can go there walking, I didn't go but it was crowded that Saturday night.

I didn’t like that the elevator was out of order for the whole time I was there and with my bad knee walking up 2 flight of stairs was not good, also arriving late evening no parking due to the large crowd of ppl using our parking while they were going to that bar in front of hotel

The air unit was too loud.It prevented me from falling asleep. The elevator was very slow .

They strictly enforce their 3:00 PM check-in policy. I arrived at 2:40 PM but was denied check-in, which was disappointing.

Karissa provided excellent customer service. We had a couple of technical issues but the service Karissa provided made up for it. Overall, the property is well lit and clean.

There seemed to be a natural gas odor every morning in our hallway on the 4th floor. Could of been coming from the kitchen when cooking breakfast cause we did not smell it in our room or in the evening. We are smokers that would never book a smoking room but would of liked to have had seating or nice area where we could smoke.outside. All in all I would stay there again

proximity to bars resulted in a few rowdies and their noise in the early morning but wasn't too annoying. This to be expected in a hotel in this price range in an urban area with night life

helpful staff, great grounds for dogs, good breakfast, good air, good work station with multiplug access, frig was new, internet had to be reset then worked well for my 2 days and was high speed, good mattress, a well managed hotel. The area is a shoppers paradise and has every restaurant you can name.
