Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The housekeeping is a little different but it has signs stating that. We had three people and when we got to the room it would have been nice to have at least that many towels not super inconvenient though
The beds were actually nice. Decent location right off Highway. Pet friendly. Pool. Breakfast.

The bed was tall, I'm short. The front desk had a "too-bad" attitude that I couldn't get into it and had no step stool to help. There were no light bulbs in the desk lamp.
The bed was comfortable and things were clean.

I reported that the toilet would not flush correctly. The front desk clerk told me that she could hand me a plunger. I checked out after that. I didn't appreciate her attitude!!!

Sheets seemed clean but had multiple hairs on it from previous stay. Bathroom tiles were wobbly like not set well. Bathroom door had water damage and missing pieces all along bottom of door. The front door had a huge gap between the actual door and door frame that let in so much light at night. Even with both locks locked didn’t really feel secure because of how much gap from hallway.
Decent breakfast selection. Place smelled clean.

Beds were horrible, hard and stiff. The curtains in our room were broken so they didn’t close properly. The elevator was just on the other side of our room and would make loud noise, waking us up all night. The tiles in our bathroom were broken and would lift when you stepped on them.

The beds including the blanket were not comfortable the pillows were flat. The water pressure was not good. I really didn’t find the breakfast very appetizing because the hot stuff was still like warm and the biscuits were hard.

Main reason for hotel stay was for the hot tub. It was closed and we did not know until check in. I felt it should have been noted on their website so I could have made a better decision about where to go.
Room had a great layout with a living area where we could have snacks in the evening and breakfast and Bible Study in the morning and was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The room we stayed in still had some projects that needed to be completed and they were very basic so there really no excuse as to why you’re putting people in a room that an extra hour or so could be fully “remodeled”. I did find 2 live crickets in the bathroom area that I dealt with and a dead one in the closet. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance and we weren’t told that at all. Just a note on the door and we never saw any employees or pool personnel maintaining the pool….
For us, the location was good. Close to everything you’d probably need.

Pool hours should be until 10 p.m. now that it is summer! The choice of juices at breakfast was excellent. But, they tasted pretty watered down which was disappointing.

The toilet didn’t flush, the shower pressure was on and off.. the pillows we’re really flat and small, the pool was as closed for maintenance, the sink had men’s beard hair all in it
