Roaches, 1 dead in the closet when I walked in & 1 alive on last day... I have a video (but only photos allowed in my review). • I stayed 3 nights and there was no house keeping during that time. • The high back chair and table are not at correct ergonomic height. I added a cushion, but the chair would slip back down to lowest level, I do not weigh that much. • No in-room safe and front desk will not take in any items of value for safe keeping.

Elevator worked (but there is only one). • My room had a spa tub + hot water & towels were good. • Good size refrigerator + microwave. • Good lighting in bed room. • Fast internet. • Free cookie at front counter.

The whole hotel is old and in need of repair. Our room didn't have a smoke detector but there was a hole in the wall with exposed wires where one should be.... The paint on the walls is old and peeling- the bathtub was stained and did not have a stopper. When we stepped off the elevator the hall smelled of sewer. None of the cleaning staff could speak English.

Breakfast was hot and the food was constantly being seen about by the hotel employee.

Room was not clean, floors in bathroom and doorway were dirty, air conditioner had a weird smell, bathtub was old, chipped around the drain, no drain cover or toilet paper holder. Halls, elevator were dirty and smelly. I should have taken pictures.

Filthy hotel!

Place was absolutely filthy.Carpets at entrance and in elevator not cleaned.Walks dirty,room smelled,tub delaminating. Will not stay there again.

There was black mold around the tub in our bathroom. No towel bars, no hanger on the door for towels, I realize the hotel was 80% refurbished. This room should not have been rented.

The hotel was worn down. Walls were dirty, bathroom paint chipped. Bathroom smelled and there was a roach in my room.

There were several bugs on the ground, the bathroom was outdated, it smelled strongly of paint, the elevator seemed like it was on the verge of breaking and our room had a stained, crusty bathtub. The worst part was the service. I left my charger behind and I called twice so I can come and get it. I only got blown off twice. They kept telling me they would check Into it and call me back which they never did. Shouldn't be that difficult to check the lost and found. Stay elsewhere!

The staff was kind and helpful. So I accidentally left an item behind and realized after I got home I left it. The staff turned it in to management and management ensured that it was taken to a UPS store and shipped to my home. Thanks a million for that!

The front desk person was far less than friendly and spent a lot of time on the phone. I couldn't tell if they were mainly personal calls or business ones. I did not care for only two entrances/exits to the building.

I liked they had a breakfast option. I was not pleased with the shower in my room initially, and they did change my room when I asked.

The property was dirty crickets all along the hallways. There was a gap under the room door so crickets going into the room. AC did not cool enough and room was HOT. One of the rooms had a dirty bed.

The only good thing I can say about this property was it was close to the park our boys played at!

The clerk on duty was rude and wouldn’t give us the room we booked. He was not helpful at all so we slept in our truck.

we could hear EVERYTHING above us. I finally had to call the front desk on them. someone was also playing loud music in the hallway . there were a few cockroaches dead in the hallway by the elevator door. we weren’t attempting to go swimming but their pool wasn’t in working condition.

I dislike that it cost $209 for a room that had no vanity counter in the bathroom. I felt like I was in a 3rd world country (and I have been) that barely had running water. The floor creaked, both from upstairs and my floor. Noise was very loud. The connecting door had no door handle and look easily manipulated if the other side was opened. I felt very unsecure in my room. Again for $209.............Felt like I got ripped off with an old out-dated room from the 80s.

Booked for pool, but closed for renovation. No notice of this prior to arrival. Could hear people in the room above walking until 1AM. Not easy to sleep.
