They walls and bathroom doors were dirty, the showers faucet was not reliable. Toilet water kept running, when requested more towels front person gave me 2 plus a mat.

Price was good, they offer breakfast until late on weekends.

I was moved to Rome that did not have a working refrigerator and when going down to the front desk to advise of the situation, he told me that there wasn’t much really that he could do that the person who would have been able to help me would have been the previous Rep that was there but the time changed over for the shift at 11 PM due to me making it for a late check-in

The room was dirty and I will not trust the "free breakfast" claim. The breakfast was meant to be included. We arrived at 8:30, as it was until 9. There were two slices of bread left, one apple, and nothing else. We went to the person at the front desk, and she pointed out that she was receiving more stuff to refill the breakfast. So we waited. After some time, we asked for more coffee, for which she said it was impossible to have more as it was past 9. If she had attended the first time we talked with her, we could have managed to get breakfast!

Upon arrival there was more than a dozen people hanging out outside smoking, drinking and doing drugs amongst other illegal activities. There were roaches and other bugs in both the first and the 2nd (which the front desk agent said was his "best room") room. The tub had cigarette burns and visible debris/hair in it. There was no trashcan and no lighting from above. Only little desk lamps, one of which didn't work. The ice machine didn't work. The breakfast consisted of bread, 2 cereal options and waffles. Also, upon reaching out to Booking.com, we still haven't heard from them, more than a week later.

Well, the bed didn't fall apart underneath us and the room did have a lock on the door. There was a little bit of "breakfast" available. The fridge in the room was spacious and efficient. That's about all.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this place was filthy. The floors looked like they hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in a long time, it smelled like smoke covered in cheap perfume, the smoke detector had been removed & replaced with plastic bags, the bathroom had a blood stain on the wall, there were dead bugs, and people shouting outside all night. It’s a cheap motel I’m not expecting much but they need to do better with cleaning.

The bedding was clean, the bed was comfortable, guy at front desk was nice and the location was convenient.

Everything was unplugged upon entering the room, sounded like the window was open and we could hear every thing outside, the man at the desk seemed very incompetent and rude. Did not give any direction on where the room was located, continuously asked for my credit card after telling him 3 times I was paying with cash. Tried to charge me $175 after I told him I had a room reserved and it had my price as $96.
