Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There was a bad potent smell getting on and off of the elevator of my floor. Didnt know it was a dog friendly hotel. I guess I missed that part of the website. Rather it be animal free.
I went with family members for spring break trip with kids. The area/location was EXCELLENT. So many shopping options on the strip. Lots and lots of golf activities as well. The beach was less that 6 minutes away. I was greatly pleased with the staff upon arrival. The rooms were good. The breakfast choice was good. Had a nice little sitting area in front near breakfast area(just like pics). Would stay again. The only name I was able to remember was Ella from housekeeping. Very nice and friendly..🙂

The hotel has been completely redecorated. It is now very dark, stark and masculine. Not warm and welcoming. The comforter had a spot of blood on it.
We have stayed at La Quinta several times in the past and always found it a good hotel which is the reason we booked it this time. They have elevated toilets, which I appreciate as I have problems with my knee.

We had a suite that included a TV in the living room as well as the bedroom, however the bedroom remote was missing so we weren’t able to use that TV. The Night time staff is not as kind or welcoming as the day time staff was.
Location was convenient for restaurants and shopping, the room we booked was spacious for our toddler to roam around, and the day shift desk lady was very kind.

Dated, the beds were awful, hard as a rock, the breakfast not enough variety, the heat/air was not working right, probably will not stay there again

The building is set back off the main road, a little difficult to find.
Friendly staff, comfortable beds, great parking. We arrived late 8:30 PM so we did not use the amenities.

The ceiling lights don't work. Breakfast was good but not a huge selection.

the sofa bed was not clean stains and hair on the bed covers, not clean frig was not clean house keep could do a lot better when cleaning and sanitizing the rooms better, the bath room in the room could have been cleaned better.

Walls are very thin so you can hear both upstairs and side neighbors very loudly. Doors stick so they are also extremely loud. Bed stands are very loud every time someone moved. No covers for the pull out bed you have to go ask for it.
Pets were allowed and well accommodated. Staff was friendly and it always nice to have a free breakfast. It’s a fine place for a short stay but does needs renovations.

Wasn't the easiest to find. It's tucked behind another hotel.
The free breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Rooms clean. Staff friendly and helpful at getting the tv going. Close to many good restaurants and shopping.
