Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We forget a cup in reception when we arrived at night so the next day we asked and they said that they don’t know because was the shift of other worker even that they have cameras in all places.

The window didn't lock. But no incidences occurred and the area didn't appear to be a bad one.
Good breakfast. Like the fact that the breakfast room was in a separate room from the lobby. Clean and a nice variety. Nice TV in the breakfast room complete with remote. Good vending section. All the lighting in the room and down the halls were brand new and really nice. It looks like they've been remodeling a bit. Will give an update when we go back. Thrift store right across the road.

It wasnt very clean and alot of damages in the room. Alarm clock beat up, paint chipping, bathroom door chipping. Slight hole in the wall. Very dirty where the refrigerator sits. Staff was not very friendly.
The beds were comfy and the breakfast wasnt bad.

The room smelled stale. I called the next morning because I had left my cardigan hanging up in the room and wanted to see if anyone had found it and could arrange someone to go grab it for me. I'm not sure if the guy didn't know what I was asking for but I think he said "Hang on" and then all of a sudden the call ended. I tried calling back but the call didn't go through after a few rings. Sounded like it was answered but hung up on immediately. The first call was somewhat hard to hear, kept going in and out a bit and was hard to make out.
The front desk lady was nice when we checked in late at night. We had to check out an hour or so later due to an emergency and she was understanding.The room itself was clean and put together.

Went to flush the toilet and instead of going down it instantly came up, called the front desk and the guy at the front desk said ok we have a plunger at the front desk you can come get. Sorry but I didn't pay a decent amount for the night plus a deposit to have to plunge a toilet I didn't mess up...went to check out and the gentleman Infront of us was complaining about the same thing happening in his room.The beds were not very comfortable, they didn't offer much for breakfast.
The set up of the room was nice.

With the remodeling a few things were clearly missed, the toilet wasn't connected properly to the floor nor the shower head to the wall, the TV wouldn't work, and there was a huge bloody booger on the wall. Clearly short staffed, but most places are anymore.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable. You could tell that the place had just been painted and semi remodeled which was nice.

There are a couple shady motels next to property. Some nights did get loud outside.
