Very clean. Best sleep I’ve had on the road. The most comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet. Good options for breakfast.

I didn't like that the room I was given didnt match the picture l looked at it was close though. There were a few strands of hair in the shower and the bathroom door didnt lock. These are things that happen at every hotel and as a former housekeeper I know its almost impossible to get every little hair. I'm not really complaining I enjoyed my stay. If I had to pick something I didnt like that would be it.

I like the location we were 10 minutes from cedar point. All the staff were really friendly especially the gentleman that checked us in. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast. Room was spacious.

Our drains didn’t exactly work well. We managed to fix the sink but the tub filled with water whenever we showered. Nothing serious, just a minor inconvenience!

The location was perfect, everything was roughly 10 minutes away. The breakfast was good and the staff were very kind.

Smell of room. Stains in carpets. Coffee was weak. The facility needs updating. Need new waffle makers. No one was able to make a decent waffle. All of the batter stuck to the waffle maker.

everything was alright

It was clean, cozy, quiet. 24/7 front desk! Breakfast was okay, nothing exceptional. I would come back if I'm visiting the town.

We had no tv the whole time. Dish sucks and they should have something better or give something for the inconvenience.

Room and bathroom was a bit small for double room. Plus keycard for room door kept malfunctioning which was irritating.

Everything was good, location, breakfast, staff. I’d stay again. I was only here one night.

Beds were uncomfortable. We had 2 rooms for our group & they made the same comment. 1st time we showered the drain filled up to our ankles. Let the front desk know & it was fixed the next morning. Looked like some mold or something in the bathroom near the ceiling

The bathroom area was tight. The toliet was very close to the wall. The bathroom door didn't shut/lock properly.

We loved the location and price of this hotel. Very close to Cedar Point. The pool was nice. We loved the cleanliness and comfort of our room. The staff was very friendly. It's definitely a great hotel for the value.

The pool was kinda dirty. Just usual bugs and leaves. There was a net, but we didn’t really care enough to use it. Lots of little kids roaming the lobby without parents. I know management TRIED to do something about them. Parking was scarce close to the doors late in the evening.

The staff were kind enough to let us use the pool all afternoon BEFORE check in and would’ve let us use it the next day after check out, but it was storming. The breakfast was really nice.

Everything was pretty good, no complaints really.

Always friendly staff when we stay here. The place is kept pretty clean, breakfast is decent & there’s really not much to complain about overall. Prices are usually decent too. Love how close they are to Cedar Point.

I didnt like that before even checking in for the night I received a text message about people not watching their children. This made me want to cancel my reservation but it was too late to be refunded.

The price was pretty good. Only a few mins away from several fun places like cedar point . I enjoyed that breakfast was included and the woman refilling everything was doing an awesome job.

Honestly nothing. Though do keep in mind there are only stairs between floors (no elevator) and room service only comes every 3 days I guess (they will come if you request it though), which wasn't a huge deal for me only staying there one night but I can imagine that could be a hassle for longer trips.

The staff here was super friendly. The rooms are well-kept and clean, and even their 'smaller' rooms are a decent size with lots of room space. The breakfast was good and was consistently being refreshed, and the staff were constantly keeping the area clean. I can't speak on the amenities but there was a pool/outdoor area as well that looked nice.

That I was not told before I arrived that it was a storm that knocked out the television service and spent my whole time without a tv.

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the outside deck was beautiful. The staff were pretty nice and I did enjoy my stay, other than us having no television for the duration of my stay. If my television was working, I would have given this place a clean 10, but the manager did give me a discount because of that inconvenience. So overall, I am happy with my decision to choose this hotel.
