tv cable wouldn't stay connected and kept disconnecting was frustrating when I wanted to watch TV after the hotel manager had got it working the first time it happen .once i shut the TV off it was off again for long time
staff was very friendly welcoming and helpful esp the am lady who did the breakfast also .loved the dove soap added touch and comforting where it helped me sleep well . which I appreciate it being its hard to sleep other then my own bed.

The tv in my rental in my way home wasn't on the manager came first time but theb it went down again it has cable connections in room 224 .
The dove body wash and soap made it an extra touch compared to other hotels and lodging and made for good sleep .the main reason I'd come back and ise this as my stop half way from ark to Utah. The breakfast lady was friendly caring and outstanding and the beds comfortable super clean. My only complaint my room in the way back home the cable TV connection keep disconnecting and manager came the forst time after that it took me 2hrs to try to get it working after q0 hr drove was too tired to deal with it. But cost breakfast and person couch and cleanliness makes this hotel 10 rating Def will be back have used it on my way and back this trip and two yrs ago also qheb I drove thru .highly recommend

The breakfast was good, many different options. The doors had a security bar which was a wonderful addition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel had several amenities, such as a fitness room and food for purchase. Good location, close to the interstate, several restaurants, and gas stations which made it easy to stop for the night and quickly get moving the next morning.

Relatively new building. Room was very clean and comfortable. Sheets were excellent and clean smell not a detergent smell. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was keeping the place clean and organized.

Building was new and room was very clean with right amount of amenities. Hallways and elevators were very clean. Breakfast was hot and with good amount of variations. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Based on expectations of a place to stop overnight only on a roadtrip and the price I paid online it was very good. It hit the spot, no issues, even good coffee and a simple breakfast for free

The room was dark. Not enough lighting.

The attention to the little things seemed to be missing. The hotel is a solid property at this price point but it wasn't exceptional (coffee was cold and flavorless at breakfast, light in room didn't work, the coffee included in the room was mediocre).
The room was clean and the hotel was well kept. Breakfast had many choices including pancakes, waffles and eggs. Staff was very friendly.

It seems to be the norm, but a room booked for 3 adults with only towels etc. setup for 2 is inconvenient. Requires a trip to the desk for an extra set. I can understand the difficulty of either over stocking a room or running an extra set to the room last minute, but might I suggest that offering the extra set at check-in would be convenient for all. Finally, I know it is a common problem to watch for in this part of the country, but we found ants in the carpeting in the morning. Surprising because the room was very clean and fresh.
The location was just what we needed and easy to find. The room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast gave plenty of variety and good food.

The spa wouldn’t heat and only one jet was working-.- it was lukewarm and the one jet helped my achy back.
