Needed to request light bulbs for the desk lamp, TV was missing the electrical cord, internet had a snag, at 7:00 am they had already run out of scrambled eggs, not very quiet could hear loud talkers, the ice machine and a dog crying and barking at various hours of the night and finally the hallways would at times smell of marijuana.

It was a bit shabby. My bed spread had cigarette holes. It was dark. Had to plug in the lamp, which needed a good wiping down. Toilet seat hinge was broken. Sink didn't drain. No coffee maker!

I booked on the site so I had an unfortunate accident on Saturday the 27th of April my car broke down the way , so I was charged regardless for that night after I sent the hotel a message . But I had paid in advance for the week . The pool was out of order so the kids sing have much to do , but I was unaware of this at time of booking .

Relocating to Ohio for work , the hotel was in an excellent location and staff was friendly .

The laundromat was not in working condition. There was no clean towels. There was blood on the pillowcase Dusty filters and the air conditioners, and you can tell housekeeping does not dust on top of that they hold $100 deposit, which takes a while for some banks to return the first room that I had ordered the key cards would not open, so they had to move us all the way downstairs to a double room

The property was in a quiet area and I’ve didn’t half to worry about being bothered by strangers

The hot tub was not working! There were stains on the bed covering! It wasn’t very clean! In the hall on 4th floor, the walls, had been cut maybe for repairs and it was just sitting on the floor.

Property needs updating! There was a gap in the door (Room 121) that you could see light from the corridor. There was a leak in the hallway and you could smell the dampness.

It needs an upgrade. Some fresh paint would go a long way. CNN on the TV in the lobby (be more neutral). Kind of pricey. I just wanted towels exchanged and my bed made but they don't do two night stay overs.

Watch out for the $100 deductible. If you use cash, they will refund it right away if the room is not trashed. On a credit card, it takes 3-5 days. Also, the bed was not comfortable at all. You could feel the springs. The bathroom was not good. Calk coming off the shower walls and rust stains on the shower floor.

The air conditioner needed to be cleaned. It had particles of dust continuously blowing from vent area. Just a little concerned about allergies. Also, the shower head could have been updated. We kept getting water everywhere.
