Old and dying... seriously bugs and leakages all over the place. Dark and moldy facility. No breakfast as promised though I wouldn't want to eat it according to the hygiene situation at this place. Wifi wasn't working. But at such a price, what can we expect these days?

Good location and it even provided a basic kitchen. Quite spacious. The staff was friendly.

Changed our room, was suppose to be a Queen/King room. Pool was not functioning. Was no mention of unusable pool when booking room. Strong deodorizer smell in lobby. One of the air conditioner units was not working in our room. Floors uneven in bathroom area. Paint peeling in several areas! This place needs a lot of work. What is depicted on line is not the real condition of this hotel.

The smell as you entered hotel was pretty bad. The pool area was 100% closed and under renovations per the sign at the door. This place has changed a lot the last couple years.

The rooms need new carpet and curtains. The chair in the room was old and dirty. The room was ok but the cleaner didn't pay attention that a dirty rag was in the cupboard and a razor in the kitchen cabinet.

There wasn’t daily housekeeping. We had to ask for someone to come clean the room. The shower head was loose. The AC didn’t work very well. The pool was closed the entire week.

the place was not clean, towels were stained, floors were not swept or vacuumed, fan in the bathroom didn't work, light switch wasnt screwed to the wall correctly... not enough dishes for a family of 3..the key cards didnt work correctly.. we walked around in our room with shoes on cuz our socks were filthy.

Facilities were poorly maintained and not the cleanest. Bathroom Ceiling Fan squealed loudly. TV remote did not work. Clock radio did not work. Kitchenettes in suite was very poorly equipped. Pool was closed. Sections of ceiling falling down in banquet/pool area. Room not fully cleaned.

The bed sheets had several stains and makeup on them. There was dirt and dust everywhere. There are no room darkening blinds or curtains. The ceiling was falling apart. The hallway smells.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. Pool being empty was another big disappointment. Furniture, carpet , bedding and curtains need to be replaced and updated. Walls need a fresh coat of paint and fix the cracks. Hotel had a funny smell... maybe mildew?

Room was not as expensive as others in the area. Being a suite was a bonus. It was close to all of the Williamsburg attractions. Parking was good.

We booked the king deluxe suite and you would expect it to be a very nice, updated room- especially for $152/night. The room smelled extremely musty and old; it’s the first thing you notice when you open the door. The bathroom is also very dated which isn’t a dealbreaker, however the toilet seat was in poor condition and the counter for the sink was extremely low. I’m 4 months pregnant and it was hard for me to brush my teeth and wash my face. The AC unit the room wasn’t very powerful- we had to turn the AC to the coldest temperature and keep it on a continuous fan and the room was still hot. I love that the tv had cable, however the channels constantly cut in and out. Also the wifi signal was very poor. Breakfast was included with our price, but there wasn’t any breakfast like you’d expect. There was coffee and juice which was great but other than that all the was provided for “breakfast” was granola bars. Overall disappointed in the condition of the facility for the price point we paid.

The bed was big and comfortable! And the hotel is very close to dining and Colonial Williamsburg!

The room was in much need of some serious maintenance. Apparently there was a leak of some sort. Curtains, roof, carpet had visible water stains and damage. Floor uneven, shower curtain filthy and bed pillows smelled and were stained.

Location was ideal.

Room needed some series remodeling. Curtains were stained, dishes weren't the cleanest but easy to rewash. The carpets were in rough shape but not horrible. Saw 2 roaches in room too. Also dining room table had joint debris on table and kitchen floor was super sticky. Pool was closed and no housekeeping.

Staff was kind and helpful. Location was very good too.

It was dirty and run down. Bugs crawling in the floor. Mildew in the shower caulking. Very outdated.

Water bugs and roach came in the bathroom and onto the towels while my wife was in the bathroom!! Also gave us a handicapped room when we aren’t handicapped Also air conditioning was loud and disturbing

It needs major improvements: ceiling was peeling, bathroom floor was dirty, there were tiny black holes my husband said was from water damage or mold, chair by desk had a broken side, hallway smelled, outside steps were very dirty. The pool is advertised as open, and sign said “closed till 2022” The lady at the front desk first gave me a room where the nicotine smell was overbearing, then gave me the room I’m writing about, and, when I asked why my “suite” was not the one pictured that I booked, I was told “ the website is allowed to put up all those pictures, but those rooms are not available unless I call hotel directly “ What a sham! She was obviously doing as instructed due to her youth… but still unbelievable… never again! Do not rent here.

The website stated it was a pool and there was not a pool and that's what we was wanting and we drove 4 hrs just to get disappointed and had no choice but to stay we booked third party but picture looks nothing like it is but I must say staff was nice

The AC in the room did not work. I asked for someone to come and check it out, but nobody ever came when I was there. It got pretty warm in the room. Pretty stuffy.

For the value, the room was nice. It had a kitchen and the location was good. Parking was sufficient also. I liked being on the first floor, so that was a plus.

The picture used to show place isn’t how the actual hotel looks. Carpets on inside need to be replaced. Pillows barely had stuffing, and one pillow case even had a stain. Bathroom door didn’t close. Breakfast provided was a prepackaged cheese danish, frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwich, and granola bar. Didn’t bother trying coffee after seeing that.

The staff wasn’t very friendly also I wasn’t able to check in until a little after 4 because the room wasn’t ready I thought check in was 3 and after driving all day that was kind of aggravating and the lady at front desk had an attitude when I told her how I felt and was all nonchalant to about it like she didn’t really care
