Heat/ac window unit was pretty much constantly on, and blew directly on the bed and couldn’t be moved/redirected. The space was ok for the price.

I was prepared for a smaller scale than most hotels I’m used to. But little things were a bit about getting like there wasn’t any shampoo (just two conditioners), the bed was ancient but still pretty comfortable. It wasn’t the cleanest of rooms but it also had nothing atrocious (no bad smells, no black mold).

The location really is exceptional! Safe, close to everything but on a quiet street. I am a light sleeper but I slept like a babe.

Room is nice, but could be quite cold. Noise from street such as garbage trucks was very loud and woke us up around 4am - but not the properties fault.

Location is amazing, so close to subway and the park. Breakfast is ideal for tourists who want to get up early, grab a quick bite and go sight-seeing. Room was a nice size for our requirements with adequate storage in closet. Safe was excellent and felt my belongings were safe at all times. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The key card door lock was not operational. This significantly impacted our going and coming to our room.

There were things out of my control but that I had a choice about ie I could have chosen somewhere else but everything right now is $$$$$. Still $250 for one night in half of a windowless closet on a residential street near the Park but in a food desert immediately outside the hotel was problematic. The window unit only worked if it was cranked up to 80, the carpet was so unpleasantly dirty as was the little stool that served as a luggage rack and a towel among the ones artfully arranged on my bed. The bed was hard and the pillows flat.

Noemí-the front desk staff was amazing. She made the problems with the place bearable.

It’s small and a little damaged but great property

Some weird stuff going on but it’s a nice little hotel near central park, me and bf stayed here, staff was friendly but one was flirting with my man which was wild but I ignored it other then that great stay I guess the First Lady staff member was really helpful when asking for directions,morning staff wasn’t as friendly.

The hallway and room carpets definitely need to be deep cleaned. The room windows need to be cleaned.

Great location next to Central Park and the subway. The shower head was great. The king bed was huge. The staff were kind. The breakfast was helpful. It’s on a beautiful street.

The insulation of the room is very poor, I was freezing. It felt like being outside. I can't imagine the situation in the middle of winter (I stayed there at the end of October). The room is not clean and very small. Finally the price is so high for that kind of facility but I guess that's expected in NYC..

The hotel is in a very nice location, very close to Central Park. The breakfast is good, there are a few options of hot food, waffle maker, Yaourt, banana/orange, bread, bagel.

Rooms were old, small and had no rfg. or microwave. Breakfast was basic. Only one very small elevator for 14 floors. Small cramped lobby area. Given those type things, the price was extraordinarily high.

Location was great - by Central Park and a lot of eateries - all very walkable. Rooms were simple and adequate. Breakfast and Wi-Fi were included. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast room was overcrowded and we couldn't get a seat. Little to nothing left at breakfast. No fresh fruit and no scrambled egg left at 9.30am. Other receptionist was quite unhelpful. Very small room and lumpy mattress.

Location is very central. Lots of restaurants around and close to central park. Receptionist, Stephanie, was friendly.

Yes the rooms are small but manageable. The tiny bathroom could use some ventilation. The elevator does get backed up in the mornings with everyone going up and down for breakfast, other than that though it was fine.

You can’t beat the location. A block from Central Park and a subway station. Easy to navigate to tourist attractions. The hotel is on quiet residential side street close to several restaurants. Breakfast was good, nice variety.
