Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Our room was not up to par. We had no shampoo, which we only noticed getting up early to get out the door. The phone in the room did not work. The TV in the room was completely disconnected and not working though I was able to connect it all and figure it out. Lastly the mini fridge was not cold.
I have stayed at this hotel before and always had great service from the staff. The location is great, close to the Interstate. I was given a discount of 25 dollars upon checkout due to the many issues in our room. This was appreciated.

The only issue is it's basically in a cluster of hotels and restaurant, but a little ways from the main part of town. If you don't mind a bit of a drive or are just looking for a pleasant stop for the night, you'll be satisfied!
Fantastic facilities and high quality breakfast. A few restaurants in walking distance--we ended up doing Applebee's, which is practically in the parking lot, two nights in a row because it was such a good deal.

Since the hotel is pet friendly it would have been helpful to have a pet area on the grounds.

The hallway on the first, second, and third floors smelled like cigarette and marijuana smoke. I would rather smell a lot of farts than smell second hand smoke. Maybe the hotel industry can have a hotel chain called Smokers Hotel and let those people be together while those of us who like clean air can be together. Pocatello, Idaho is not some legendary vacation spot for the first weekend in March. I was surprised the rate was 20 to 30% more than expected compared to other places I have stayed in smaller towns and cities.
Our beds were comfortable. The air conditioning and heater worked well. The shower pressure and temperature were excellent. The pool and hot tub were nice. My family enjoyed the breakfast. The television and programming were high quality. The snacks in the lobby were good.

I was told that I would get a better rate if I mentioned that I was being treated at the West Clinic but when I mentioned that to the desk clerk she just ignored me.

The price was pretty high, probably due to the indoor track meet going on. The breakfast was just okay. The property is a little outdated, but it was clean.
The family suite was large and comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The parking lot was icy and slippery.
The beds were comfortable. The shower water pressure and temperature were excellent. The room was clean. The swimming pool and hot tub were great. The television was nice with many options for entertainment.

I do not like the pillows. They are too short. Lighting is problematic as you have to turn on all the lights individually to have adequate lighting.
We liked the location relative to the Interstate and the variety of restaurants near the location.

I wish the bath was bigger. I thought I had booked the room with the large whirlpool but instead, I got the room with the normal whirlpool. I still liked it but I wish they had better descriptions.
I thought the room was lovely. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The small bath with jets was also very comfortable. Be careful with bubble bath! It gets bubbly really quick!

This is not really a fault of the property itself other than it might be slightly aged. Because of that, soundproofing from outside traffic is not great. The property is situated not far from a main interstate that is used a-lot for trucking, which continues through the night. The sound of cars and trucks throughout the night made it difficult to sleep. Had to keep the fan on all night to use as white noise to slightly drown out some of the sound.
It is in a central location which made it easy to go any direction in a short amount of time.
