Property was being renovated and it was a mess. Staff wasn’t the friendliest.

My booking was cancelled 30 min prior to my arrival and I supposed to book again on higher price. The mattresses and pillows were old and not comfortable, there was a lot of noise in the hotel all night.

It was dirty. When staying on the first floor the windows open and there’s no lock other than the one on the sliding window. If you are traveling alone that doesn’t feel very safe. The showers were absolutely foul. The couch in the room was so dirty that I went to Walmart and got a sheet because I didn’t even want my dog to touch it. The employees were very unprofessional. When I asked if it was possible for a late checkout the man at the desk without even looking said “if it was up to be I would say no. But I’m not gonna be here tomorrow so you gotta ask her” as he pointed to the woman who I’m assuming is the manager. She also didn’t look and told me that today they were fully booked (which doesn’t even make sense because I wasn’t checking out till the next day). Overall would rather stay in a tent on the beach than this hotel ever again.

The only thing I liked about this property was that you can bring dogs and you stay on the first floor.

Not very clean, outdated, bathroom fixtures broken, toilet worked but seemed broken, Pillows were terrible (chunky is the best way to describe it) and expensive for what you got.

The furniture sofa broken, carpet too. The bathroom floor was very dirty and was not vacuumed, the bathtub had hairs and a towel was stained. The bottom part of the toilet had pee stains.

Lobby was quite hot as if no A/C. Seemed a little understaffed, particularly at front desk. Small wait. First room did not have a functioning deadbolt. Switched rooms due to this. Smells throughout hotel that caused us throat irritation, particularly in lobby and parking lot. There were lots of areas where the hotel was under construction. Once in the room, it was okay.

Our first room's air conditioner didn't work at all. Staff did relocate us to a room with working AC, but they already knew about the broken AC because when we first checked in the room was already warm and the AC was set as low as it would go. We waited a few hours before complaining, thinking that maybe they had just turned the AC on. The breakfast area was very crowded (understandable) but they were out of most breakfast items by 7:30 AM which is when I went down. Also, the breakfast area was way too small for the volume of people there. The pool was also still closed at 11 am, which didn't make any sense to me. There was no sign indicated why it was closed.

Continental Breakfast was garbage. Wood flooring when u walk in and in the bathroom. When I was barefoot, after walking around the carpet and wood flooring, bottom my feet were black. TV was small as hell and the toilet barley flushed.

Breakfast sucked. Only hot items were sausage links and waffles.

Employees weren’t professional, Pool was so cold (didn’t have hot water), uncomfortable beds and too small for 2 people.

The only thing I can say that I like it was the breakfast.

The conditions were terrible.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the tub was filthy and there was so much dust. It was horrible. Was told there wasn’t any other rooms to switch to.

Bed was not clean I found hair from another guest on my bed also stains in carpet need deep cleaning shower courtains are old and dont prevent the water from splashing on the bathroom floor

Bed and room is ok but lamps are rusty. Floor carpeting needs replacing Hotel is old and needs refurbishing Price was outrageous for the facilities offered ($299/night before taxes)
