The furniture is stained and dingy, also the carpet is threadbare,and dirty.

The room was very large and comfortable and I was happy to use the kitchen. The tub was equipped with a long hose for the shower, which I prefer.

well overall everything was nice , the room wasn’t advertised how it looked on booking.com and we woke up hot our air stop working on the last night.. but everything else was perfect the staff was friendly

Only issue was there was a roach in the room. May want to make sure the room is free from bugs.
Love the setup of the room. The shower head and water pressure was fantastic.

I cant think of anything we didnt like, as most everything was well made, it was just that we got there around 845 and it ends at 9am..but i feel that was our fault for going a little too late. The next day everything was much better because we went earlier
The breakfast was good, the 1st morning we went a little late, right at closing time so there wasnt as much available but that was our fault, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The 2nd morning, we went earlier and everything was so much fresher

Our tv didn't work in our room and it would be nice to have where you could rent movies. Also pool very small tried to get in but it was packed we counted 22 people . The area was super crowded for my 2 kids. The hotel is nice and staff was nice.

The showerhead. Not enough light in bathtub area. Closet door in bathroom would not stay open. Also, I called to find out if there was an electric car charger on the property; told there was. Well, there is a place to plug in a charger; that’s all. I didn’t bring mine.
Clean quiet and comfortable. Very nice meeting room. Great breakfast. I loved the overnight oats! The pillows!

The breakfast was not that great. The bacon was thin and greasy and who offers pulled pork for breakfast? The other was fine but not a satisfying breakfast. Also the mishap at 0630 in the morning with fire alarm.
Overall the room was very nice and staff exceptional always willing to help.

Moldy shower stall with malfunctioning shower head. Grease on one of the pans in the kitchen area. Limited utensils. A can opener would be nice. Nasty disposal plug that had not been cleaned.
Nice facility, roomy accommodation, very friendly staff. Good breakfast except for hotel powdered eggs. Would have preferred to have some hot oatmeal.

The ice machine didn't work on the second, third and fourth floors. Only the first floor ice machine works. Which causes a shortage One of the elevators broke causing inconvenience.

The room I picked on the first floor was not ready when I got there. The husband has a bad back, so we always try and stay on the first floor in the event the elevator goes out(which it did). We were moved to the 3rd floor. The stove top was out on it and had to pack up everything after one night and move everything next door with a working stove top. The staff was very friendly about it, but it was definitely an inconvenience because I missed seeing one of my son's practice in order to move our luggage from one room to another without any help. Breakfast sausage were not done. Need a little more breakfast variety.

The breakfast was very good, also the location was convenient. The only thing is that the hotel should think of a renovation, the furniture is dingy , the carpet is getting thread bare, also the walls are dirty in some places.
