Location is amazing. That view from the lobby and our room-wow! Great to be 4 minutes from town and plenty of places to eat and shop and activities.

The pool and jacuzzi were shut because of painting. I didn’t mind (the beach is right there) but they told me after I had booked with no refund available (although I did get a discount). It didn’t matter to me, but those hoping for those amenities might have been disappointed. A member of staff also seemed to struggle with English on the phone.

Beautiful beach to its back, and lovely Mountain View’s to its front. Nearby is the main Lahaina street, full of shops, restaurants and the bus stop. Next door is a bar and a little alcove with food options and water sports hire/lessons (I did surfing!) There is also an activity desk in the lobby, and the free postcards etc were a nice touch.

It isn’t a secure building so anyone can walk in and go up in the lifts without staying there.

I didn’t like that there are no amenities.

I loved that it was right on the ocean! I also loved all of the wonderful shops that are located next door. I was not happy they didn’t have a restaurant or any other amenities but the neighboring shops made up for that! Betty’s was amazing! All of the surf, paddle and kayaking shops are amazing too!

Very comfortable, well appointed rooms right on the shorefront. 10mins walk into Lahaina but pub and eateries next door. Staff super nice. Carpark easy to use and always space. Lovely balcony to eat breakfast and watch whales and turtles from.

Other than some of the parking spots being a little tricky and small because of the large yellow posts... nothing really stands out.

We enjoyed the completely unobstructed ocean view from our room, walking out onto a calm beach, listening to the waves at night, walking into town for restaurants, the option to stay in and cook for ourselves...

Realize this is not a swanky big-resort place. Quiet, small pool, mostly older folks who have many repeat visits. Just loved it. Clean pool al the time, quick walk to old town. This is a keeper, even if a bit pricey.

it’s a bummer that they only clean the room every 3 days. apparently this started as a Covid circular hat has carried forward to today. I don’t think daily cleaning is warranted but I’d love to see cleaning every other day. still, it’s a great place to stay and has tons of pros to outweigh the cons.

the hotel is situated right next to front street. amazing location with everything that Maui has to offer at your fingertips. the hotel is a bit dated but very clean. the staff was friendly and attentive. it’s one of the few places in Lahaina that has direct beach access too.

I can’t complain about much! The coffee maker was tiny. A larger one would have been nicer, but it certainly didn’t ruin my stay. When in paradise, who cares if you have to keep making a pot of coffee?

We loved the location of the hotel and its beach access. You can easily walk down Front Street to shop and eat. The beach has calm waves which are perfect for young children and the pool area is just awesome!
