24 hour pool was such a nice touch for me as I arrived around midnight and was able to get my workout swim in. Thank you.

Staff was great. Super friendly.

Room was iffy. Room smelled musty or mildewy. Bathroom was mostly clean. More in disrepair than dirty. Cracked counter. Poor shower features needing replacement or resealed. Window outside was pretty dirty and had algae on it. Just unkempt.

The potatoes where old, the eggs cold and the waffles like rubber! Good coffee,good fruit juice and good cereals.

There was an operator interface ( button to operate the elevator) missing on third level and a note on the wall, "call front desk to send the elevator up". So far, so good! Except that there is nobody at the front desk to answer the phone! I called three times, no answer. I am 79 years old, my wife disabled. I took the stairs from third level down and both persons from the front desk where outside smoking a cigarette. In the morning same thing, nobody answer, but this time somebody will pick up the phone and end the call. Thank you for allowing me to tell you about my stay! Never again with this hotel!

Excellent breakfast and the location was close to the casinos. However, the suite had a ripped up couch and the carpet was dirty. The bathroom the grout was missing around the bathtub. It was missing and I also seen a bug and it looked like a roach or something. What saves this property is that the staff was very friendly

Update your suites for the price. No one wants to see a ripped up couch or dirty carpet, or bugs in the bathtub.

Room was big and great price for the location; shuttle to the casino was very helpful too

Specifically booked this hotel for the jacuzzi tub suite and the jets didn't work in the jacuzzi tub, so that was a disappointment

The hotel was very quiet and clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and kind. The location of the hotel was close to shopping, eating and casinos.

Clean facility, total non-smoking, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Interior of shuttle bus to the casinos was ripped up, pretty shabby. But, it was free.
