The location. The local chemical plant was directly across the road

It was nice amd clean. Small but comfortable. Not a great location scenery is of the chemical plant. Kind of expensive for what and where it was.

Staff was loud and there was one employee (while apparently off, but hanging out at the hotel’s patio) who would curse while talking to other employees, be loud, and was telling this other employee to tell us to get the f out of the pool cause it was already 10:00 pm. There is absolutely no need for language nor an attitude like this, especially if she is a hotel employee and we are guests with young children. Employees gather outside or in lobby making it loud and really obnoxious. Breakfast wouldn’t be refilled sometimes even if it wasn’t closing time, and coffee options would be limited some mornings. The room did not get cleaned once during out stay either.

The room was not so clean and the breakfast was gone before 8 am. We went to the front desk and asked if there would be any more food coming, someone came with very little with several guests still waiting to eat.

There was nothing I found to my disappointment.

The rooms was very spacious. Everything about our stay was fantastic. The bathroom was extremely clean, best part that I found surprising to my interest that we were provided a tub mat. It’s such a great and safe gesture for a shower. I was able to give our toddler a bath without concerning my self with a slip and fall incident. Something that can become a sudden concern while on a trip with children. I would like to commend the facility for the exceptional service.

The bathroom sink didn't drain very well, and there were six of us brushing our teeth so 😬 but I just grabbed tp and wiped it out, no biggie. Last hotel up the road we stayed at a few months back did it too, so I figured maybe something else bigger than the owners🤷‍♀️

Very accommodating & friendly staff, they made it feel safe and at home. Clean facilities. Overall, it was a great little place for the cost.

The carpet needs to be cleaned throughout the first floor. There was hair left in one of the showers from the previous guest but Jori immediately sent housekeeping to clean the bathroom again.

I didn't get the room that was pictured when I booked the room it was much smaller and the layout wasn't the same... The staff couldn't explain the extra $300.00 charges that were add to the bill when I checked in and I finally figured out it was a security deposit but that wasn't the way it was explained. If I could have gotten a refund on the room I would have left and went somewhere else....

The only good thing I can say is it was a suites which is what I was after.

At checki- in the hotel was very hot when entering and my room was extremely warm. Staff members where cranky because of heat but later on the technicians arrived and saved the evening. Turned out to be agreat trip after all.

The hotel was very family oriented, the staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast was very nice. Very exceptional service and location was perfect for family vacation.

the bathroom was dirty and i found 5 cockroaches i had to go to walmart to buy a roachproof boric acid very bad experience i will never stay in this hotel again
