We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe condo it self was a little outdated, no smart TV and the Router for the WIFI needs upgraded. We only had basic cable. The coffee maker didn't work.
This condo was easy access from the parking lot. Overlooked the Pool area from the balcony. Friendly people and wonderful views.

United StatesThe local contacts were not available as the context that we're giving me we're not correct. Neither coffee pot in the property was working so there was no one contact to get them fixed so join our state we had no coffee. By the time the issue was addressed it was too late.

South AfricaThe air conditioning unit in the bedroom may need a service. It is very loud and vibrates vigorously … a discomfort a night when sleeping.
The condo was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The accommodation layout and space was ideal. Parking location was perfect.

United StatesOnly “issues” with this place is the hornets as I mentioned and the location is around 15 minutes or more away from most of the main activities in the Ozarks so if driving is something you don’t mind doing this place is great.
Very clean condo, everyone around the area was very nice and the pool area was much needed. Having a belcony was awesome but there were hornets lingering which was a little annoying.
