Room needed some "love"....there was painters' tape holding molding together in the bathroom, the bathroom vent didn't work, the curtain rods were completely rusted and had stained the drapes.

Having an ocean view was terrific and the little balcony with table/chairs was a great place to sit and watch the activity in the bay. The bed was very comfortable.

Not well maintained and dated. Random furniture and decoration. Staff not as friendly or helpful. Not available with messaging nor around the unit. Damaged walls and furniture etc. shower pressure was very high to the point of hurting.

Door to the balcony didn't shut: there was a cloth stuck in it. No coffee in the room or available early. Too pricey for what you get.

Local to stores and restaurants. Beach front but if you get the queen suite it's only a partial view from the balcony. Nice and cozy room with fireplace. Jet tub is small but it's nice. Friendly man at check in. Thanks for the complimentary tin reusable water bottles in our rooms.

This is an older building, showing its age. It's also full of stored supplies in what passes for a lobby. The room itself was very comfortable, but, frankly, it's overpriced.

The place was wonderful. The host was absolutely the best. She was funny and super knowledgeable about so many things. We had great conversation and enjoyed every moment there. Will definitely come back.

Smokers on balcony next door smoking all night . I leave my porch door open at night to listen to the ocean. I could taste smoke in my mouth when I woke up in morning..

Construction on the property during our visit was somewhat of an issue loud and busy I do realize it is much needed.

No one in “ lobby” area and no obvious way to summon someone. So waited finally the hostess arrived who proceeded to “ Welcomed” me by complaining about those who want early check in (noon). I didn’t ask for early check in the web site just asked what time I was arriving in HMB. Then I received email saying I could check in at noon. Never received Wi-Fi or breakfast information.

No staff on check in hotel looked deserted found our way to 2nd floor where key cards were left on a table after s search found our room card, no welcome staff member was there to take payment when leaving but no questions asked about out stay or if we would like breakfast more like a hostel with an incredible view

Needs a little maintenance ie: it looked like the window was going to fall out. Not positive the balcony door locked. Rusted window curtain rods.

The view was exceptional! The room comfortable and spacious bathroom. Liked the heated floor tiles. Great restaurant next door. The sounds of the ocean roaring all night was therapy!
