CanadaThe major complaint is that on the outside of the building the old Ramada sign remained and we could not find it. The was only a banner at the check in desk. It had recently changed ownership. In the middle of a huge renovation. Rooms and pool area were great but the rest of the building was terrible. I understand staying open while under construction, but the customer should nade aware of what to expect before getting there. Especially explaining ihe hotel was the old Ramada.
Breakfast wasn't bad. Eggs dry. No yogurt in the frig. Home fries were tasty. Slow to keep up with breakfast traffic. Eating space tight.

United StatesThey act like the breakfast is going to be stolen everyday they give tickets (not enough) and won’t let you take any food or drink to the rooms. The hot tub is a JOKE its been broken for well over a year and doubt they will fix it ever, walking the hallways you see sheets (like actual bed sheets) covering up holes in the walls.

United StatesThey give you a Voucher for the free breakfast. I misplaced my card sleave by the pool and the receptionest wouldn't replace that. The one lady at the desk at least but i think If the owner was there at the time he would have but she acted like she didn't even want to replace my key card.
The new owner was very nice. They haven't been open for 2 months The yet. They are still remodeling the place has potential. The just got ride on toys for small children right outside the pool area and many toddlers enjoyed them. It was fun for all ages. When they are all done fixing the building completely it will be a very nice place all the way around. I would stay there again.

United StatesHad a few issues, one with the hot water and then one with the shower head. But I can say the staff handed it extremely well they gave us a new room for the hot water issue and maintenance came in very soon after the issue with the shower head. So all in all they're doing a great job as far as guest satisfaction. I know a lot of the hotel is under renovation, so with that said bang for your buck this is still the best spot in town.

United StatesWe were never informed that there was an extra pet charge as the hotel listed "dog friendly" so we reserved a pet friendly room only to be charged an extra $40 for the night, plus taxes plus room charge. Told the clerk that it was never published about the extra dog charge of $40. Our vet doesn't even charge that much for a 1 night stay & our pet is small. If we would have known about the extra charge, then we would have made different arrangements

United StatesThe hotel is run down. There are lots of rooms that seem to be abandoned or in complete disrepair, sometimes it felt a little scary walking through the hallway. The pet relief area is also a bit of a hike and inconvenient.
It was a busy weekend (parents weekend for MSU) and the price was right for our last minute trip. The area the hotel is in is nice and offers shopping and food options. The room was clean and a great size. Breakfast was included and sufficient.

United StatesWe were here for a couple of days. It was hard to get towels. There were flies in our room. We got a new room. I wish the pool was in better condition. The microwave/refrigerator was not cleaned. I wish the cleaning was a little better in the room.
They have every channel on the TV, and the AC works, front desk comes pretty fast when there’s a problem.
