Excellent location only a walk into downtown Cocoa Beach - staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms comfortable and very clean. Pool area kept spotless and despite being very busy always beds and towels available. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back - Thank you La Quinta xx

the door cards are dumb but office is open 24/7 so u can get it reactivated right away

i like the courtyard to the property with the pool and 2 places to sit down at, the asian restaurant was delicious too! super super close to beach as well at a great price compared to all the spot around here.

The bathtubs are old, heavy ceramic that could be upgraded, but not particularly badly stained as I have seen at other places. Pillows too soft for my comfort.

Room had upgraded flooring... no smelly carpet to deal with. Included a desk and k-cups/coffee maker... although free coffee was available 24/7 a few steps away at reception area. Breakfast was included and with a WIDE selection of fruits, bagels, make-your-own waffles, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, cereal and milk, oatmeal, toast w jams or butter and coffee with international creamers. Having stayed at a property only 5 minutes away a few weeks ago, this was a vast improvement and I will certainly consider a return here as I only live 1 1/2hr away and like to visit the beach and then spend the evening at the casino boat.

I had to make an emergency flight to Florida because my sister had surgery and had gone into an unexpected coma. She was diagnosed with sepsis and died shortly there after I booked a room for five days for just myself and although I had slept at the hospital three of those nights, I knew it was my duty to pay for all five nights. When I went to check out, I discovered that I was also charged for another night and nobody can seem to be able to figure out why that happened. I explained to the manager when he called me at the hospital, and told him that it was just me all by myself, and I had only one room and it was an error on someone’s part and I should not be charged. He apologized and said he would take care of it. I’ve been learned that he charged me for night and simply would not take it off my bill, it’s all been very upsetting.

Rooms could be updated. Bed was uncomfortable/sqeaky when moving. Bathtub in disrepair, old and chipping- seemed dirty; that was my worst complaint. Wouldn’t stand in it without my flip flops on. Property very nice otherwise.

Great breakfast area and choices. Liked the 24 hour coffee/tea availability. Beautiful pool area open for 15 hours daily. Close to restaurants/ ice cream, souvenir shopping. Easy access to beach., but a good walk away.

Breakfast ends at 9 am..Way too early for me when I'm on vacation . And the AC was really loud. Fortunatly I brought earplugs.

We had room 260, king size bed. Spacious, clean room. Very comfortable bed, light but warm comforter, plenty of soft pillows. The view on the pool is limited, and there s no balcony so... But very plaisant hotel. We stayed here a few years ago, we will come back. Good address to keep.

A few things not working in the room. Like the sink faucet, microwave & fridge not working appropriately. Also, breakfast was out of almost everything and it still had an hour to go and had to ask a few times for more food.

The rooms could use a towel rung near the sink, or even one by the shower. The a/c worked, but the humidity never seemed to leave the room giving a damp feel to everything. In fact the envelope for the maid tip was sealed without actually being sealed.

It was a good in between locale for cocoa beach village and the cocoa beach pier. The trolly that goes up and down A1A has covered stops on both sides of the highway right in front of the hotel. The attached bar was pleasant, and the food and drink were well priced,....loved their bbq flatbread.

Overcrowded terrible breakfast closing very early, eating from plastic and cardboard.

Practical simple accommodation as you would expect in Florida at the bottom of the price range. The rooms are fairly clean. Swimming pool is decent. Reception always there.

The only little thing was that the room smelled very "clean" when we first got there, a bit strong smell of the cleaner! it faded quickly, so they might have just cleaned the room minutes before we came in.

it's a simple place to sleep for a few nights, they keep the property nice, the pool is great and the staff was always friendly. I'll probably stay here next time if I come back to Cocoa Beach again.

Unfortunately the queues for breakfast slowed the process down a lot, as everyone was wanting to get in before it closed at 9am.

The spacious room with two very comfortable beds, as well as desk area, coffee making facilities if needed. Excellent bedding and towels, everything clean and fresh. Great to have breakfast included. The pool looked good, although we didn’t have time to use it on this occasion.

No elevator… ugh for hauling luggage in/out! Plan to be up early if on a vaca and want “free” breakfast it is DONE by 9. Bummer we traveled from MI and ended up with a room by the staircase…. WAY dark and gloomy all the time with no natural light. No hand towel hook and no ice bucket in the room.

Pool was really nice, big and roomy, and heated….but always out of towels and then when you’d walk to front desk to ask, the maintenance would eventually bring about 8 towels so it was immediately out again. Get towels before you get in! Beds were comfortable and room was decent size for what we needed.

They need a better setup for breakfast. When the hotel in fully booked the small breakfast room is standing room only.
