United StatesNeeds some updating on the floors themselves. Carpet was older and room number signage looked hand written with a sharpie and paper. Landscaping outside makes the place look abandoned.
Rooms were nice. Breakfast was more that just pastries. Location was good for getting into town easily.

United Statesnot many good places to eat around here or things to do close. the breakfast is adequate but not great. All the juices were out (a month ago the orange juice was out), the bananas were all too green to eat, the plain egg omelets were tasteless, and they could use some good muffins or rolls. Perhaps they should leave cards out for visitors to rate their breakfast items and make suggestions... you can not please everyone, but to waste money on food people will not eat is not wise.
this motel is close and reasonably priced for a stay after a hospital visit. It is in a very quiet area and seems pretty safe. the coffee and tea are good and always available the room is clean but ours only had one small trash can which filled up fast plenty of nice towel

United StatesThey say the kitchen was updated since our last visit, when nothing was available for breakfast. This time the hot foods were not as available, no waffle to make and the other breakfast items were not as good. Definitely less instead of more. There is also not much to do around the adjacent area. Restaurants are pretty sparce and not great.
The place is close to the hospital and easy to get to. Comfortable rooms, though the bathroom seems oddly designed.

United StatesThe lady at the front desk seemed very confused/new. I had booked and paid online and she tried to charge me twice at time of check in. She asked to put my CC on fill for the $25 incidental fee, so I did. She also tried to charge that to my card twice. Needless to say when I checked my bank statement she charged my card the full amount of the room when it was paid for online. I have called and left a message and am awaiting a call back.

United StatesBreakfast was regular according to our daughter as at 9:10am the waffle batter had run out, still some other stuff to eat and complemented a decent breakfast. The pet fee was super expensive as they charge the same for 1 night and up to 4 nights. As we were there just for a night and in in booking advert didn’t mention this, was a little disappointed.
Good location and room was clean and nice. The lady in the front desk was very nice even though I was complaining for the pet fee policy they have.

Short weekend trip, property was only 15min from our destination so that was great. Breakfast options were decent.

United StatesThe cost for the room for 2 nights was high (assuming rates were increased for MI parent weekend ☹️). Hotel needs some updates and maintenance. In addition, the TV in our room didn’t work as well as the blow dryer. We ended up not using either but did tell the front desk at check out.
Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed the coffee stand and cookies in the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was in a convenient location for visiting University of Michigan.

United Statesthe hall carpets were stained and though probably clean, looked dark and stained Our room wall control for the heat/air did not work well. I could not set the temperature and the fan would not always work. Most time I had to turn on and off myself at the unit.
Nice pool room. Parking on property. Staff were friendly and did they job. Nice morning breakfast, coffee and cookies in the afternoon. Close and direct route to University of Michigan hospital. Reasonable price for room.
