Helpful staff.

Our room had a leaking on the wall and all over the floor so we had to change rooms. Elevator was broken. The neighbourhood is very noisy and quite dirty, with musicians basking in the street playing heavy metal until 11pm. And parking is extremely expensive (we payed about 100$ for 2 nights)

Brilliant location, friendly staff and overall excellent value for money.

Lovely bathroom, very clean and spacious. Staff were delightful and helpful. Fantastic location near restaurants and public transport.

Bed was too soft for me. Coffee in the room not great.

Nice, the room was clean, great for several days. Walls are thin, take earplugs and it should be fine

The corridors are really old, so it may feel a little bit unsafe. We were at its very end, so we weren’t too much exposed to the noise.

Staff were amazing. Hotel was very clean and white and the outside street was clean and safe. Walking distance to everything.

The bed was very uncomfortable - to soft and over used mattress. There was a continuous scratching noise I could here from my room on the 8th floor.

The hotel is old and lacks proper maintenance. The staff were polite and friendly, but the room had a musty smell coming from the closet, the air conditioning was completely dusty, and the door did not lock properly. The bathroom was clean with a good shower, and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets, but the elevator is very old and the whole hotel looks run-down

Good location. Friendly staff. Room was clean. There was always someone available. They held our luggage when we checked out and still wanted to explore the city. Perfect for a place to sleep.

No complaints or critiques on my end; but it’s important to note that the rooms are small, same with the showers. It’s not a bad thing, but don’t expect a spacious, luxurious room.

In the middle of the night I woke up and happened to look over at my boyfriend and noticed the pillow he was laying with had black mildew spots on the back side of the pillow case. The front was clean. I took the pillow from his head and threw it on the floor. Gave him another pillow. In the morning I noticed the pillow I was laying with had the same thing on the back side. You can't tell me housekeeping didn't see that when making up the room. They intentionally put the clean side up. It was disgusting. I was so grossed out by that time. Also the flat sheet had a "K" written in permanent marker on it. I'm assuming to tell it was a King sheet. This is tacky for a room that cost $200 for 1 night.

Close to Union Square, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms look a lot better on the pictures posted online than in real life. Not only do they not look as nice, they were also rather dirty and not well taken care of. The bathrooms were okay however the room itself smelled, was dusty and the sheets werent clean either.

Really dark hallways ( reminded me of the movie the Shining! ) VERY old facility, super tiny rooms. Linens were rough and pillows were flat
