They need to put out more information for places to eat nearby. I don't think everyone is a huge fan of Peter Piper Pizza unless you are traveling with kids.

Spacious rooms with kitchen to fix a meal if we needed to. We had a King suite. Highly recommend it to spread out and not feel crowded. Nice breakfast and early 6 a.m.

Our suite was a little loud from the freeway.

We loved the spacious 2 bedroom suite. We had a lot of room for our family of 5.

Our carpet was wet. Almost fell a couple times walking from carpet to hard floor. Musky smell due to wet floors. No remotes for tvs.

we didn’t have that great service by our maids a few were very rude and weren’t friendly and acted irritated when we would ask for anything to be brought too our room.

Bathroom too small. Too few safety bars in tub and bottom was slippery for shower use.

The bathroom fan was horribly loud.

The staff were all so nice! They were accommodating and helpful. Wish I had more time to swim in the pool. It looked great.

The coffee in the room did not taste good. The breakfast quality is much lower than pre-COVID. There used to be much more variety and my favorite was waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. I had to settle for scrambled eggs, a sausage patty, and a potatoes. So I had very small portions. Cereals, muffins, breads, and cheap yogurt don't interest me. There was no fruit. It wasn't as bad as Hampton Inn , canned fruit and other prefab, inedible sides, but it could be much better.

I like the location; it is away from I-10 , the trains, and the seedy side of Las Cruces. The front desk clerk, Hayden, was very friendly and helpful . My room was exceptionally clean. I seldom see that at a hotel. The bedding was very comfortable, with a clean fresh smell. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all in dispensers on the wall inside the shower, which is so much more convenient that tiny bottles. They were all Dove products, which leave my hair and skin clean and healthy. I like the full size refrigerator and freezer.

Sofabed was dirty but once i let them know they took care of the issue. Employees are very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

I had a king suite, and for an extended stay the full kitchen and separate 'living room' was wonderful. Bed was so comfortable. Even though next to highway, it was totally quiet. And i had a gorgeous view of the Organ Mountains out of my window.

Room 219 needs some repair. Bathroom door hinges need to be tightened so it will not get stuck in the jam. Bathroom ceiling light comes on only when it is ready not when you want it. Bathroom sink is WITHOUT a sink stopper period. Drawer next to refrigerator could not be opened. Could not find a glass until I opened the washer. Security lock on door does not work!! Two tv remotes but only one worked. Suitcase stand would have been helpful.

Again, water pressure was low or none at all during morning hours.

I was really surprised that the hotel (from entry to the hallways and into the room, also the Eating area and food area) were clean and sanitized. No nasty smell as you walk in. Room (under kitchen sink - plumbing needs work; and Water pressure for bathing needs to be updated to benefit 3rd and 4th floor throughout the entire day, especially when laundry is in progress).

it’s time to replace your carpets. they are old, dirty and I stepped in multiple sticky patches both inside and outside my room.

the property is beautiful outside, the staff is friendly, the breakfast was good.

Only complaint is that the facility is starting to show it's age a little. Bathroom showers need attention with replacement of parts, etc.

2 bedroom Suite is perfect for a family. 2 Bathrooms is a huge plus. Breakfast was very convenient and breakfast staff was very attentive. Rooms were very comfortable and small kitchen made it very convenient.
