Dated interior spaces, needs update, breakfast staff was not friendly, coffee urn in breakfast room did not look clean, lid was broken, stained towel on top of lid.

the rooms are so private seems like if you are in your own home, very nice, they also allow us for a late check out which was a plus to us with 2 kids and all you know it can be tedious lol

Facilities lacked in maintenance and cleanliness. Sliding door didn't properly close, glass on windows and fireplace needed to be clean, music at pool stayed on all night. Sauna and cold plunge tub not self explanatory if functional. Room needed more lighting options besides glaring spotlights.

Bed and linens were exceptional, staff were friendly and gracious. Room was huge with kitchenette made it practical and spacious.

The only suggestion I have is to possibly provide decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast room each morning for those of us who can't have caffeine... but not a big deal - i just brought a cup of decaffeinated coffee from our room.

Wonderful hotel! We ran into a few snags the 1st night with loud guests due to a wedding party but hotel staff was on top of it immediately and addressed the situation! They are a very customer- oriented hotel! The beds were amazing - especially the linens... they were so soft! Room and bathroom/ kitchen were very clean and breakfast each morning was delicious! Freshly cooked to your liking and different baked goods every morning! (Honestly, the breakfast each morning was amazing!) Balcony was so nice - we really enjoyed having a glass of wine out there each evening and just taking in the views and relaxing! We would highly, highly recommend this hotel - hotel staff is awesome!

Quiet location with good restaurants nearby. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful with suggesting sights to see and trails to take. Breakfast was amazing! It was made to order and delicious.

I understand theres an AC unit. However, I wished that the fireplace was a working unit.

Nothing, it was the perfect place!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Our room was amazing, newly renovated and very comfortable. Even had a little gated front yard for our dog to hang out and a sliding back door. The bathroom was large and had a separated full size bathtub that our kiddos loved! The pull out from the couch was extremely comfortable as well.

The parking is ‘first come - first serve’ which was somewhat limited. The property is very close to a round-a-bout on the main road which can be somewhat noisy.

The front door had a pretty good size gap under it and the walls were a bit thin. I was woken ho by noises and movement multiple times.

The location was perfect! Close to everything but also a bit out of the main tourists area. The room was amazing and big enough to feel at home and be able to move around.
