Noise level was bad and we were awakened by people above and on our floor going to bed up to 3 am in the morning. didn't seem a safe location outside at night.

Soap by the bathroom sink would have been nice, I had to go ask for some. Shower bottles of shampoo etc were low and ran out. I had to go ask for that stuff too. The whole place seemed sort of run down, clean but it was obvious this is an old building. Could have used more hooks in the bathroom for towel hanging.

Our room was in an area where it was very quiet at night. Breakfast offerings were okay. Staff was very good, nice and polite. Helpful too. The water was nice and hot.

I personally do not like this surrounding(location) the room was very dirty and found a dead cockroach and another cockroach in my luggage when I was packing

There was roaches, and my bedsheets had a black stain in them, not sure if the sheets were washed but it looked like a makeup stain..

My kids really wanted to go swimming however the pool which is normally heated was freezing cold and dirty and the hot tub was just as cold as the pool. The breakfast was so sad it contained bagels yogurt and apple juice that was it.

I like the guy who helped me at the front desk. He did everything he could to make sure I got the room I was supposed to have.

room was ok the main floor had some kind of film all over it made it a little slick, bathroom floor was somewhat clean found hair on the floor

The main complaint I have was the jets in the hot tub didn’t work. The water was nice and warm but no air coming from the jets. The wall socket in between the beds for the lamp had no cover on it. Some of the drawers on the furniture were missing knobs or handles.

Breakfast was ok. I thought there would be a little more variety in the fruits like bananas and maybe some scrambled eggs and meat. The pictures of the breakfast setup online looked like you may have had that type of thing in the past.

Very welcoming staff at check-in, very pleasant and eager to answer any questions. Convenient location very close to the Route 101 exit, with a large range of restaurants to choose from for dinner, lunch or breakfast. No thrills, very basic good for 1 night and move onwards to next location.

Broken hair dryer, broken tissue box, everything was not plugged in not even the fridge, Tv, lamp, there was a pack of condoms left in on the the drawers and a barbie, my parents room there heater did not work

Nothing was very bad. It’s not the fanciest place ever but it did the job and was 100% worth it. Definitely would come back.

Restroom smelled like poo but was clean? There was a hair clip on the lamp from previous guest. So the room was not thoroughly cleaned prior. Main reason for selecting this location was the expected breakfast. Photos do not show actual breakfast. Nothing hot. No milk. Paid a little more compared to other hotels and was very disappointed.

When checking in, they surprised me with a $100 refundable damage fee. I had my mom's credit card which they took to check in, but refused to take for the $100 fee claiming she had to be there. I called my mom and she still refused. She was willing to strand me in that town for a $100 fee? I had to call friends I was meeting with to pay the $100 fee. Thanks Laurel Inn and Booking.com for embarrassing me on my trip. Booking.com for not advising of such a fee and Laurel Inn for embarrassing me. Will never return.
