The 1st room I had was nice, and looked exactly like the pictures I seen on the website. I noticed a burn mark on the couch 3 mins after my arrival. I immediately called down to the front desk to alert them. They told me to come to the lobby and they would give me a key to another suite. The second suite was nothing like the 1st suite. The suite was completely different and was definitely a downgrade from the 1st one. There were oily stains on the walls with fingerprints and the room did not look as clean as the 1st one. The bed was extremely comfortable and I loved the full size mirror in the room.

The staff was pleasant, the lobby was nice, and the rooms were spacious.

The lady that checked me in was professional, efficient and patient. I drove 12 hours to Atlanta so I was exhausted and not very friendly. She got me checked in fast, gave me a bottle of water and changed my room when I complained about being near the elevator.

I didn’t know there was a parking fee per night, had I known I would’ve chosen a different place to stay. That added another hundred dollars to my bill that I wasn’t expecting. Menu items that were listed on the menu were not actually available. I didn’t have a vehicle and had to settle for what was on the menu. They also would know robes which is something I’m typically used to.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly, no matter which shift I encountered the hotel is very clean and appears to be safe.

The staff!!!! From the food and beverage Manager who was phenomenal to the bar staff and front desk staff, Mitsy who drove us to and from and was so kind and sweet. The staff here made our experience that much better and it was greatly appreciated, not to mention how accommodating the rooms are so spacious and clean, thank you our hotel experience

Not getting our room serviced when requested.

We stayed in this hotel three years ago and it was phenomenal. The front desk clerk upgraded us to a suite gratis. It was an amazing stay. So this time around when visiting Atlanta we decided to stay five nights at Le Meridien. Unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. Our assigned room was at the end of the corridor and had bright light streaming into the room at night, plus an uncomfortable bed. We decided to move the following day. The new room was better, but still showed signs of wear. We asked for our room to be serviced the last day we were there, and it never was. So we had to get fresh towels, coffee and water ourselves. Charging $6 for coffee in the lobby borders on offensive. The one main plus is that this is a dog friendly hotel next to a nice office park with a lake where you can walk your furry companion. Various front desk employees are also very helpful; others not so much.

I asked for a room with a bathtub before booking. They told me they could accommodate but my room didn't have one. They tried to give me another with a tub, but it was a step down from the room we were in. Everything else was great!

When I did the preliminary checkin online, I selected to have our room cleaned daily, it was never cleaned and we had to get additional towels & washclothes. When we called down for them, they came extremely late, or not at all because we had fallen asleep waiting for them after calling for a second time. The male concierge was slightly rude stating that they were busy. We understood because of the hotel was sold out but he didn't state that the first time that we called the desk and asked. Since we didn't get them that night, we called down in the morning. A guy in a security jacket brought up 2 towels but when I asked for the washcloths he said, LITERALLY, "we don't have anymore" then shrugged his shoulders. I asked, how is that possible, it's a hotel??? He just shrugged again. We just saved our towels and washcloths since we were checking out the next day.

Our room was really big and spacious and the beds were really comfortable.

We only had once the breakfast but everything was cold, and the fruit was not good, and I really didnt like that there was not free wifi, Its not worth to pay for it when we might not even use it for more than one hour, but coming from a different country its helpful to have it at least that time The staff for the checkout was not kind
