Noisy at night. Not the hotel's fault (location), but better noise baffling would have made it perfect.

The bar in the hotel could be a little bigger and better service. But that is just if I am being really picky.

This was my second stay in the Joseph and I love it. The hotel is beautiful, modern, smells so good. The room is super clean and comfortable, the snacks are delicious and the staff is very pleasant. And the location is great, close to downtown but in a much better area where you can walk around and experience many cool shops, cafes and restaurants. All perfect.

Staff, especially Ean at front desk, is exceptional. He became my shadow assisting me when the Wheelchair Company failed to deliver a power wheelchair that worked. The restaurant is excellent, as is the location but I would return simply to see the staff again.

We didn’t care for how the bathroom was set just inside the living area. Felt like you didn’t have privacy when in the bathroom. No fan and could hear everything happening inside the bathroom.

Loved the decor of the hotel as well as the room. Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful! Location was convenient for we spent our days at the convention center.

The bathroom was beautiful but the design of the shower concerned me. Great showerhead but it was not centered with enough room for me to comfortably stand under it without being very close to the wall. The water splashed a large path beyond the shower curtain and the one time I used the spray wand full strength it literally soaked the floor of the bathroom several feet past the shower curtain. I used several towels to mop up the spray and to direct the water back to the drain.The bathroom was also beautiful but I believe the floor outside the shower should have been slightly banked towards the drain and that the shower curtain should have been longer and closer to the floor to prevent so much water being outside of the shower area

Staff is always lovely. My room faced high street which was much much better than facing the highway. The last time I faced the highway and there was road work- it was truly terrible. I love having breakfast in the lobby bar- nice selection.
