Coffee was excellent, but teacups are too small, and self service would easy traffic flow.

Great location, rooms, pool area, and a great value for price paid. Breakfast also very good with gracious service.

The sink is outside of the bathroom. Only a small issue but I would prefer it to be all together, and there was nowhere to hang a hand towel. The TV reception was a bit dodgy at times

Beautiful grounds and gardens. Well decorated and equipped, comfortably furnished rooms. Great location, right across the road from the beach, and coffee shop and restaurants next door. Cookie delivery to our room every evening was a nice bonus! We had a couple of issues with our bathroom but they were addressed quickly by the responsive staff.

We stayed here for one night with my husband and absolutely loved it. It’s a perfect hotel for couples — very charming, stylish, and feels brand new. The interior design is beautiful, and the service was truly professional. We were offered champagne upon check-in, which was a lovely touch. At 6 PM, the hotel offers an evening service where they bring fresh cookies to your room — such a sweet gesture! The location is unbeatable — right across the street from a beautiful beach, and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!

We liked EVERYTHING, the facility has been recently renovated and is in excellent shape. What made our stay memorable was the staff, everyone was courteous and helpful. We are already planning a return trip and stay.

The property is beautiful. Our room was a great size and contained all we could ask for. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean. We found the staff to be very friendly. The one miss for the property is the lack of anti-slip strips or a grab bar in the bath/shower combo. I would hate for someone to fall.

1. In the large suite (room 20) there is no cover over the large windows in the bedroom. The daylight coming through at 6am was far too bright to sleep. Luckily I had an eye mask so I block some of the light out 2. The power of the shower in room 20 is very limited.. don’t expect a power shower in the morning. 3. There is no proper coffee available in the morning. only drip coffee. So we walked to Rapport Coffee roasters 90 secs away.

Everything was perfect down the very last detail. Impeccably refined without being pretentious and stale. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and graciously thought out for the best stay ever! Loved the super comfy bed with crisp linens (big shoutout out to housekeeping!), the high end shower and hair products, super soft beach towels and really cute beach chairs (people on the beach kept asking us where we got them), pool, breakfast and staff. And the location was exactly what we wanted…a quick walk to a beautiful beach and so close to all of the shops and restaurants in Laguna Beach without being right in the mad weekend crawl of people. Can’t wait to come back!

Sweet details and the staff is exceptional. You feel like you’re a guest in their home. Great pride in the staff and it’s lovely. The guests are equally warm and friendly. I couldn’t imagine anyone being cranky

A bit too far out of town for us. Very close to the main road so quite a bit of traffic noise.

Recently refurbished so everything was new. Great staff, warm, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choices included in the room rate. Basic but more than enough for us. Pool area well managed with bar staff in attendance offering food and drinks.
