Too many stairs, to get to the room and even to go to bed, way too many stairs with no one to help with the luggage. We had to open and leave all the suitcases in the car....

Did not see that the sheets were dirty until the morning We arrived late and our keys and instructions were hanging outside the hotel on the entrance door Not safe The only way to contact the hotel was through text messages

Appreciate the breakfast allowance but the food at Cocoon coffee shop was terrible. Cold, soggy eggs and potatoes. Threw it away.

Their is no on-site gym or pool which is ok as the booking did not mention it. Also the room keys were literally still physical keys which gave it a bit of outdated feel but ,thats ok that was not such a big deal. No ice machine must ask front desk for ice. Also note on booking not all rooms bring a microwave or fridge pay close attention when booking.

This hotel is literally a hidden Gem, and I mean hidden. It's down a small hill literally hidden. The hotel is beautiful the falls are private to the hotel and their restaurant. Restaurant is open to the public but closes at 8:30 pm. Restaurant is a little pricey but not noisy and the environment is nice. Service throughout are stay was 10/10 I highly recommend for a couples retreat. Nice quiet stay and you get a daily breakfast credit to either of 2 places to eat. Also their front desk person Dave was amazing.

Old carpet, uncomfortable mattress and pillow, king size room duplex has swirling stairs to get to the bedroom which is horrible and could be danger to some, the floor on the 2nd floor duplex is not leveled to a point where you feel off balance walking. Bathroom and shower have no door which is so wrong !You can’t do your business in private. That’s just a NO GO ! television screen is so small for the room size it’s Will cause you to strain your eyes out.

Staff is friendly and the hotel is beautiful. The view of the waterfall is amazing! You can stay at the bar and not have to go in the restaurant, and have dinner sitting comfortably on a couch by the window.

It’s becoming pervasive in the USA but you cannot open any windows in any of the rooms at this hotel, which means no fresh air/ good airflow. Instead there’s a huge unit in the middle of the room with a tube attached to the window. Also…There is a rather rickety spiral staircase to access the two bedrooms. Ok for us, but might be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, great cocktail bar with wonderful menu! Hotel offers two-bedroom apartment style rooms.

Our room was dated, The TV was the size of a computer monitor and the internet was beyond slow in our room. Loved the place disappointed with the room.

The Property and shared areas were amazing, as was the restaurant.

Only food choice on premises is a very expensive restaurant. Unknown to us, work was scheduled to be done on one of the decks outside. There are other decks, but the workmen decided to go ahead and smoke even tho they were told it is a 100% no smoking property. So relaxing outside was not an option.

The breakfast credit did not cover breakfast. There was no tv service unless you had your own streaming log in. The meal at the restaurant was burned and had to be sent back. They tried to rush us through to free up the table

Not many convenient spots to visit were open during the week. Lots of the offered daily activities were only available during the weekend.

The views were amazing! The hotel staff were personable and accommodating… the aesthetic was comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend!
