The main bedroom mattress was a little uncomfortable but we do own a foam mattress at home so not sure if we’re just use to that (spoiled).The fridge did leak a small amount of liquid that accumulated over night each night. The dinning room feels like it dips in, not sure if it’s a structure thing but it did make me feel a little nervous.

Very close to the beach! We felt safe, very quiet & friendly neighbors. We had trouble with opening the door to begin with- customer support was somewhat helpful but the staff that is either in property or close by came within minutes to help us and she was VERY nice! The provided us beach towels, plenty in shower towels & kitchen had just enough utensils/pots/plates/cups for us to cook multiple meals. Dish soap, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper was included in our stay. My kids really enjoyed watching tv in between activities- Netflix/Amazon/Disney. Also LOVED how close we were to the local market, gas station and many family owned places!

The design and color were so beachy! Extra beach towels! Kitchen equipped for meal prep very convenient. Very peaceful and short walk to beach.

Only thing we did not like was the lack of wi-fi. Couldn't watch anything on the tv. And outside light didn't work. Other than that it was great!

This was the perfect room for our girls trip. Very clean and well stocked! Such a cute little setup to sit and talk outside. Staff and management was extremely friendly and helpful. Close to stores and restaurants. Just a short walk to the beach as well. Definitely cannot wait to come back.

the inside of vents you can see the mold and it has a strong mold smell , but we were not there all day just to sleep

the property is in a great location very nice cute comfy!! the only problem is as soon as you open door you can smell the mold in vents, the first day we also noticed large cockroaches.

The condo we stayed in needs a proper cleaning. Shower curtain rod rusted, blinds on the sliding glass door missing panels and door dirty and unable to cover window. mold on vents, stains on curtains in the bed room. Flashing from hallway to hallway a tripping hazard i tripped a couple of times over it.

The apartment is nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of beach towels available for guests. The beds are confortable. The unit is in a quiet complex very close to a nice beach.

Apartment was filthy. Dirty used towels everywhere. Dirty floors. Trash in waste cans. Bed unmade with dirty linen. Toilet I flushed with urine and paper in it. Called and sent photos to Vacasa. “Urgent “ move to different location. Took 3 hours.

Upon arrival we faced a porch from twisted old wood and 3 broken chairs. Entering the door code is a kind of quest - a lot of numbers while the keyboard is not always working properly and it is hard to understand whether you enter the code correctly or not. After we were able to open the door we got hit by the hard stank of mold. The floor was dirty and clean socks became dirty in a minute. The refrigerator wasn't clean and had spots of rotten fish. Even after cleaning it(by ourselves), the smell stays and ice from an ice machine generates only stinky ice. All the furniture was dusty which caused the coughing fits of my daughter. It was mentioned that the apartment is planned for 4 adults, while it has only 1 queen size bed and BROKEN sofa(and looks like it was broken a long time ago). After I reported all previous issues - they totally ignored BROKEN SOFA and only suggested cleaning the floor and refrigerator(which was already cleaned by us). I still have a question: 1) How someone should sleep on BROKEN sofa? And why does no one care about it? 2) I paid the cleaning fee, while the apartment was DIRTY. Why? No one care... So, in total, we had a dirty, dusty, with a strong mold smell, with a broken furniture apartment where our daughter had to sleep on the floor and had huge coughing fits what was caused by dust. Disappointing disinterest from the host side to fix obvious issues.

The apartment is located in a nice and silent place of Padre Island near the beach. It has a lot of space, a kitchen, basic dishes and a coffee machine.

everything was perfect, the location was perfect the distance from the room to the beach was perfect, to the corner store, food, malls, piers, pretty much everything was in perfect distance the cleanliness of the room was tip top 👌 sitting somewhere above perfect 🤩

3 flights of stairs. only one roll of toilet paper. dishes were so dirty, had this white mold in the cups. only 1 tiny shampoo/conditioner bottle.
