We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesI’m not a fan of the 12th floor! Especially with a 12 month old! The drain in the smaller bathroom needs maintenance, it drains slow! The hot water wasn’t hot! The floors need a good deep clean, especially when you have a 12 month old crawling everywhere!
The location was perfect! We loved having our own access to the beach and two different pools! The kitchen was very useful and all the cooking utensils are great!

United Statesthat it took to long for them to come inspect why the bedroom TVS werent working it was because the previosu guest stole the fire sticks. We checked in on wednesday at 2:00pm they didnt come until thursday afternoon to replace what was taking. My son sleeps with a TV on
That it was across from the beach, we had a view from our balcony, Having two pools. It was clean beachy and had all the necessities that you would need!

United StatesThe only thing that I didn’t like was the check out hour, they only have until 10 am but I guess since my flight was later than the check out it was bad luck for us. However, it would be nice to look into extending the check out time in case of emergencies.

United StatesThe beds were not very comfortable. Both toilets would run throughout the night. It's probably a leaky stopper in the tanks. The kitchen sinks had no stoppers, so it was hard to do dishes. The front bathroom had a leaky faucet. The shower heads were older and had hardly any pressure. The outlet on the wall, behind the couch, had no cover plate. There was a rip in the right side curtains of the balcony. Lastly, when we first arrived, there were roaches on the counter, but we never saw them again throughout our stay.
