The owner was very friendly. The home was amazing and historical. The park Layfayette was within a short walking distance and reminded us of a small central park. We will surely visit again! Many thanks to the owner!

The water pressure and hot water in the Maids Room bathroom on the second floor, was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and definitely "Top Shelf". Marie is an amazing cook and hostess! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

I would have appreciated more choice in breakfast service times? A 10am breakfast would have been lovely. For our plans, 9am was too early

Everything exceeded expectations. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The house is beautiful and amenities were plentiful. Will definitely stay again!

A/C and water pressure were a little weak but didn't make the stay any less pleasurable. Overall the good far outweighs the minor negatives.

Breakfast was amazing 10/10. So delicious, creative, and filling. Each day was a new dish and even the continental breakfast on our last day was amazing with fresh pastry. The location was convenient to many things and our last full day we walked around the park and walked to a good brewery with food for dinner. If you don't have a car don't worry, there's plenty to do in the neighborhood. There are concerts in the park during the summer weekends. We will probably base additional trips to St. Louis around being able to stay here.

We love the history of the house and all the stories that she put on the wall about who lived there who came to visit it was full of history in antiques that went with a time.

The bed was a little harder than I am used to but I slept well.

The historic neighborhood was spectacular, perfectly decorated for the holiday season. The breakfast was so tasty I requested a recipe, which I was given. The home was historic and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

The water pressure in the shower was very disappointing.

The Lehman House is lovely. The room was beautiful and clean. The home is filled with beautiful antiques, the breakfast was good, and Marie is a gracious host.

I did not know about her website for the b&b but I do for next time. That’s the only thing though the rest was superb.

Bathroom outside of the room. No short order choices for breakfast. Bacon was Way over cooked. Location was over 2 miles from downtown and activities.

Breakfast seemed like a classic British aristocratic meal. I could envision myself at one end of the table and my wife at the other with both of us quietly reading the paper and sipping hot tea. The dishes were fancy and everything seemed intricately prepared. I think most people would treasure that. For me though, I would have preferred a regular meal with big helpings, bigger drink glasses and less fanciness. I didn't eat very much and didn't want to fill up on all the carb options that were there. We also had some temperature issues. It got very cold with the air conditioner at night and the only thermostat was for the whole floor so we didn't feel comfortable fiddling with it.
