Staff was not very knowledgeable about things when I needed to check in, the second bedroom was super hot no windows and no vents in the bedroom. Someone is always in my assign parking spot. Key card didn’t work had to go to front desk twice and they couldn’t get it to work either.

Front Desk staff - especially when we checked in on Christmas day night. Not very helpful and seemed disinterested. Absolutely no ambience in the buildingorin the apartment

Very upscale building and apartment. However Sparse amenities in the room. No paper towels or ice bucket. One roll of toilet paper. TV was nice and the view from the 27th floor was awesome

The deposit of $200 a night is really excessive and kind of strange. I was also not given a receipt for it, so who knows if I’ll get it back.

Trouble checking in. Elevator system was not explained very well. Not enough amenities in apartment for a 3 night stay; ie dishwash detergent, no dishwash liquid. There was service for 4, which we used the first night but was only given 1 dishwash pod. No cleaning solutions to properly clean after eating.

Parking was 65 a night 🤣🤣🤣 No cream or keurig, cheap coffee no sugar or creamers but Starbucks two blocks away was great!

I didn’t like that upon check-in, I was informed of a daily resort fee- even though it’s not a resort. I HATED the faucets in the bathrooms. They gave out a “rain water” type of flow so when you put your hands under the water, it splashed EVERYWHERE and very little into your hands. Had to wash my face in the kitchen sink. Won’t stay here again because of those two things.

Parking is a bit expensive. They have a pet fee (I must say the pet fee isn't as expensive as other places, it is 20 box per day). The wi-fi never worked for us as they probably gave us the wrong password even thought I asked twice.

The location was great. I did everything walking. They're pet friendly. The place is extremely clean! Everything looks new and chic. The amenities are really nice. The pool has a nice view. The gym is very complete. It is a quiet place. They have parking. They have pet area inside the building.

The receptionist wasn't very clear where the amenities were when we checked in, It took us day 3 to find out ourselves. The exhaust for the stove wasn't working and the alarm just went on when we tried to cook. I reported it but no one came to fix it. Didn't have good sleep since the sounds of the transit train and the motorcycles at night kept me awake. I think drapes would definitely help to muffle those sounds.

Clean and elegantly designed but the phones weren't working to contact front desk. Great dishes and silverwares provided in the kitchen and kitchen utensils except we can't cook because exhaust didn't work. I like how the parking lot is easily accesible through elevators and safe for our car. Great lobby design. Great amenities like the pool and recreational room.
