The only real issue I had was that the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

Not hot water at the room sink and shower hot water lasted about one minute then water got very cold ! There was no microwave oven in the room either.

I really like the staff we’re all really nice. The only thing I was unhappy the beds only had two pillows to the bed little uncomfortable and no microwave but other than that it was nice and I was really happy the room was already warmed up because it sure was cold

The room was VERY dirty! The floors looked like they have never been swept, there was dirt in the sheets, stuff spilled on the table, hair everywhere including in our “clean” towels, and I don’t even know what was on the wall in the shower.

Location was amazing everything was within a 3 to 5 mile radius. Staff was welcoming and the beds were comfortable.

Booking.com said that the pool was open, but it was not. I even messaged on book.com to confirm or deny the pool before arrival but didn't receive a response. Beds had no give. The door sometimes wouldn't lock so you could push the door open from the outside without the key card. Parking was terrible, but the motel was super busy.

The staff was very nice. When you first walk in the room, it is clean and looks amazing. Lots of food options around.

The shower area in our bathroom didn’t appear very clean. Thankfully we were only there overnight, because I wouldn’t have felt comfortable bathing my baby in there.

I would have liked clearer communication on cancelling my booking for the first night as we were delayed in Charlotte and unable to check into the motel when we arrived. I had hoped to get in touch to cancel if I was going to be unable to check in and stay for that first night due to travel delays.

Pool Isn’t open. Air conditioning didn’t work.

It was clean. People were nice. But air conditioner didn’t work. It was a hot night. Got in late and didn’t want to try to find another room.

Pool not working and covered No refrigerators and they were scattered all over the property on sidewalks. It was very odd. No soap, shampoo or lotion available. But for price you didn’t expect many amenities. Beds had thin wire mattresses and extremely uncomfortable. Very thin blankets. Bring your own if cold natured. But staff extremely accommodating. Juet very very basic primitive accommodations. Incredible clean rooms and sanitized.

The rooms were a little creepy. The light in our bathroom felt like it was going to blow up every time we turned it on. It would sit in there and just flicker for about 5 minutes before it quit. The lighting in the room wasn’t the best either. Then on the door they had a sign station for your protection while in the room make sure you have the deadbolt locked and the door jam thing done. I do that in any hotel I stay at once we get ready for bed or are in for the night but it made me worry about keeping my stuff there while we were gone and made me wonder if we were in a bad area. Also the gentleman who checked us in was a bit rude.
