Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IndiaTall promises. No amenities like toiletries in the room, no tea/ coffee maker, no dustbin - trashcan in the room. No one comes to clean the room, and when you call them to inform, they are sweet talkers promising that just give us 2 minutes and you can wait for 2 days and no one will do anything.
24 x7 Baskin Robbins across the street so that i could grab the coffee anytime. Else, the stay at this hotel would have been a nightmare. They had no water in the room, no coffee maker, and the staff were a bunch of liars. No one came to learn the room for the three nights i stayed despite making repeated requests. Above all, when i got the bill, i was billed USD 53.10 as Adjustments. When i asked about it from the billing counter , the staff said it was a tax and i told him you have already charged me a tx of 78.32 USD. He promised me that i will get an email about this amount and as i write this, there is no email.

United States of AmericaDont plan on food or anything close to walk to. We got in late and its not really a safe neighborhood. Taxi/Uber for a short distance was still 50$. Not the hotels fault. Room was beyond tiny.
Very close to JFK. Great for a long lay over and need a snooze before the next flight. Very modern and clean. Great staff.

Nicaraguabecause they are abusive, they argued the "cancellation" of my reservation which I never did and even send the info saying I will arrive between 00 and 01 AM, and then they asked me to pay a 100 dollars more than the original rate established in the bookings site, in order to give me the room. bookings should take them as abusive non compliant property.

United States of AmericaThat they just opened around two weeks ago, and the bar downstairs nor the rooftop terrace has yet to open. But I know on my next trip out here, that it will be, and I will be there to enjoy.
The staff, especially, Tricia, Abba, and Krishna, were very pleasant and tended to all of my needs from the very beginning. They knew that I would be arriving late and saved my room, or I would have been sleeping in the lobby due to the hotel being booked. Tricia even recommended a bar that we should check out. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I appreciate that there was a refrigerator inside the room as well. The hotel is close to quiet a few well needed shopping places and right near public transportation which is a plus. For the hotel just opening, I feel that they are doing a wonderful job. As with everything, there are little kinks to be worked out. But none the least. I will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend the stay. It all depends on your attitude towards others, that determines how your experience will turn out. Nectar to catch bees, poop to catch flies 🤨

United States of AmericaFirst room bathroom was dirty. Second room walked in on a couple in bed. Third room air didn’t stay cold, bath tub faucet broken from wall, sink leaking, tub stained dirty. Maintenance came to fix the issues but all he did was put the tub faucet loosely on where water pressure caused it to call back off and dry water under sink.
It was new.

ItalyAlthough this hotel is in a new building, the rooms are already dirty and smelly. Also, the location "near JFK" is terrible if you have to fly early in the morning, as the neighborhood is not exactly pleasant. The only "positive" note is that after our complaint for the room with dirty linen, the receptionist gave us a better room, with the "only" drawback of a dirty floor and stuff left in the fridge by previous guests. To summarize: we paid the price of a quality hotel, we got the service of a bad hostel.

United KingdomThe room was very very noisy, we could hear everyone in the lift and outside so take ear plugs! It was a bit overpriced for what it was. The towels were of a poor quality and very small and the tv didn’t turn on, however I didn’t raise it to staff as we stayed for one night and didn’t bother me too much.
The staff were really nice and friendly and the beds were really comfortable. We understand the hotel is newly open so there are a few things they are working on. The room was spacey enough to lay suitcases down which is ideal and bathroom was nice.

CanadaThis hotel had the best room rate compared to all the others I looked at in the area. My expectations were set to that - and the hotel was perfectly fine for that. Nothing special but also nothing wrong. The room was a good size and the facilities worked. But the staff deserve a mention as being especially great, and that’s a reason that I would use again on any layover or transit where I need a hotel

United States of AmericaIt’s a new hotel suffering managing problem. There was no towel, hand dryer, napkin and cups originally. I have to ask for those things. They have Wi-Fi problems during half of the night. The room is small. They can fit only 1 night stand besides the bed with no space for me to open my luggage, even though I booked the deluxe king room. The interior design is not in a high quality, especially in the guest room. The acoustical design needs improvement. You can hear noise from corridor. They even use hollow metal door for interior bathroom. The door swing conflicts with the space in front of the lavatory. And the door cannot be held open by itself. The distance between the central line of the toilet to the lavatory is less than 15” violating building code. Therefore, they have to mount the toilet paper facing the toilet. The TV has a bright light in the bottom. Please prepare tape and paper if you are sensitive on lighting during sleeping. The cleaning staff opened the door without asking or knocking. Please latch the door from inside especially when you are doing some private thing with your partner.
It’s close to the airport. The staff is responsive.
